We had a good day. We worked in the yard and then cooled off. It was hot. I did drive to primary to have lunch. It was nice to visit. I did work on my diamond beads. I am making some progress. We went to the gym and worked out. I did the rowing machine. Hopefully that will help my upper arm strength. Rachel I hope you had a good last day of teaching. Robin i hope work is going better.
