Let the fun begin

I am excited for this weekend. I think we are ready. I burned my face one on peppers and I was wearing gloves. I brushed my hair back and the oil got on my face. It is bad. I am glad you are OK. It will be sore for awhile. Not too much else going on. I get off work at 4 tomorrow so that will be nice. See you guys soon. Drive careful Karen. SOmeone just told me that BYU and USU are playing in Prove at 6. I think you will miss most of the traffic. If it gets to bad pull over and come after 6. I love you guys. LOVE MOM

Edge of Glory

We are packed and ready to go also. We will be down there in the morning. It will be fun. My bike ride was canceled today but it worked out because Collin came by and he had taken the wrong bus so I let him drive me car. Not much else going on. I will see everyone tomorrow.

Dentist

Well I made it thru the day. I went into work early cause I had a dentist appointment. I did get all my fixed though. My teeth are tender but they aren't too sore so that is good. Work went well so the day went pretty fast. I am sorry that you burned your hand Rachel. That sucks. I am all set to come up tomorrow though, so that is good. My bags are all packed. Stole my thunder

Karen, I was total going to blog about the new kindle. I think that Dad would love that for Christmas. I love it also. I have been thinking a lot about it today. I love my Kindle DX and I don't know that the color one would be as good for reading but it would be awesome for everything else. It is the same size as your kindle. It is very exciting, I want one really bad. I have about half of the pepper ground. I do have an embarrassing story regarding the peppers, I almost didn't say anything. We picked them all on Sunday so when Isaac was napping I worked on cutting them and Casey worked on the onions. I thought about wearing gloves but then I dismissed the idea, I just thought I would be careful. That was a big mistake. Afterwards my left hand was burning. The only think that helped was milk of magnesia, so I soaked my hand in that all night. I have been very careful to wear gloves when handing it after that. We are calling the final product Toxic Peppers. Casey says it is really spicy and I am sacred to try it. I am going to bring some down for Dad, I think that he will like it.

Rachel I hope that your chili powder experience was a good one. I am also glad that mom got her laundry done. Yeah for everyone. Well I have to go to the dentist tomorrow. Oh joy. So I am going into work early (an even bigger joy). Oh well it will be good to have over with. I had a good day. Work was a little slow at times, but I got a project to work and it should take a bit of time. They are have a free lunch on Friday so I am to grab that before I come up. Well have a great one. bye

P.S. I didn't know if everyone has seem the latest kindle. It is a touch screen and color. It looks awesome.

Rachel that is cool that you are making chili powder. I didn't realize you could do that. Be careful. I burned me really bad one time making salsa. I am glad you got to go on your bike ride. YEAH. Karen, I am glad you got to go to Paradise Bakery. That made my night. One of the dryers was broken so it took me longer to do laundry but it is done. Now the ironing but not tonight, I am tired. Sweaty

Today was good. Isaac took his nap really early today so we were able to go on the bike ride. It was fun, we went up to the university and then the Lundstrum park. It felt really good. Isaac was really good, I think going with other people helped, he was really cute. They are going to go again on Thursday and I am going to try and go. On his second nap I mowed the lawn and was able to finish it and take a shower before he woke up. I am working on grinding the peppers up to make chili powder. Yesterday I bought a mortar and pestle with some gloves to grind up the dried peppers. That stuff is toxic, it is really spicy.

Tuesday

Rachel I don't think that they would care if Isaac wore a costume. I don't think he will be confused as a employee. I am planning on leaving here at noon on Friday so i should get to mom and dad's place about 430...5 o'clock. Alot depends on traffic and road construction. I went to Paradise Bakery for dinner. It was yummy. I thought it would be more crowded with it being the 2nd day it was open, but I didn't have to wait in line. I must have just timed it good cause when I left there was a line. I hope that everyone has a great Wednesday tomorrow. BYE

well today was nice I slept all day. I tried to make some face casts but I didn't get any good ones. I ran out of some things and it just didn't work right so I will try again later. I am excited for everyone to come up. Most people don't dress up . they won't allow halloween makeup on the park. it get confusing with who is employeed and who is a customer. but anyway not to much else going on have a great one

Monday

I was really dizzy last night but I got better as the day went on. That was good. I went grocery shopping after work and went got cash for quarters but I pushed the wrong button so I didn't get enough for quarters. I will try again tomorrow, so all that ends up to no laundry tonight. I did finish my book tonight. Robin was making masks and it was nice to have her home. Not much else to report. I am excited for this weekend.

I am excited for this weekend also. What time are you coming up on Friday Karen? I am going to catch a ride with Casey and we will be there Friday morning. I am excited to go to Frightmares. I am thinking of having Isaac where his skeleton outfit. Do people dress up there. Tomorrow they are having a biking group and I am going to try and go. It is at 10:30 and that is when Isaac sleeps so I don't know if it will work out. It should be fun. Casey decided to come home tonight so he should be here soon.

Howdy

Well I had a pretty good day. It was a little slow at work but I made it thru. I am doing laundry right now. Fun times I know. It was a really pretty day here. I love it when the temperature drops below 100. It just feels so nice when you go outside. I am excited to come up on Friday. i am excited to see all your zombies Robin and your wolfman. Ditto

Well our Sunday sounded about the same as everyone elses. We got up and went to church and found out that really wasn't our ward. So we left. Came home and had naps. We went out and saw Grandma Bodily and then came home and had spagetti for dinner. It tasted really good. I am thinking of making a turkey for this weekend while everyone is here. That sounded really good to me. I am glad your lesson went well Karen. Do you have to teach the time after conference or are you skipping that week? Well I am going to go watch a movie and crochet for a little while. I have been taking a break for my thumb to heal but it is doing well. Thought I would just do it a little bit every night. It feels nice to be doing that again. Have a great week and I am looking forward to conference weekend.

Well I had a good day. My primary lesson went well. They kids were a little hyper during singing time though. They are having a program on the 23rd so they were practicing the songs for it today. I made blueberry muffins tonight and they tasted good. I am glad that your canning went well. I also had a nap and it was heavenly. I hope that everyone has a great week. BYE

Burning Love

We had a really fun time yesterday canning, thank you Mom and Dad. It was a fun day. It is amazing how much you can do in one day. Today was nice, we went to church and then took a nap. We went and visited Casey's Grandma. We came home and I cut up all the peppers and we are drying them. I am also going to dry more apples this week. They taste so good. Finally

Sorry I missed blogging last night I fell sound asleep on the couch and then just went to bed. It was nice to get some sleep. We got a lot of canning done today. Karen we missed you at the strainer for applesauce. That was always your job. We got a lot of apples done and all the carrots. It was really nice to can. Isaac's pictures are darling. The lady was an hour late doing them but it turned out OK. He is so cute. TIme just seems to go to fast when you are working on a big project but we got it all done. Have a great Sunday. LOVE MOM
