Quiet day

It was a nice Saturday.  We slept in and just took it easy.  Dad said there was a clock store he has always wanted to see and we never have time to stop in and look so we did that and WOW what a store.  It had the most amazing clocks.  It was really fun.  We got a puzzle out and I cooked a roast.  I have been craving potatoes and gravy.  I am so looking forward to Thursday.  I love the pictures Rachel.  Thanks for posting them.  I love where they are in bed holding hands.  They are so cute.  I am good with not going to Joanns I think that is weird they are doing it on Wednesday.  I am also good with taking the 6th off for the festival of trees.  Have a great Sunday.  We are going to go see Kelsey's baby get blessed at 12:30.  LOVE MOM

snowy

Well it was snowy off and on all day today. It was actually sunny until about ten and then the weather went downhill from there. So I just had a movie and hot chocolate day. It was nice. I hope everyone has a great Sunday tomorrow. Bye

Plans

I got the Black Friday ad for Joann's and they are having the the flannel on sale Wednesday morning and Friday morning.  I was thinking that if their weren't any sales that we wanted to go to on Friday I would just go on Wednesday and then we could sleep in if we were just doing late night sales.  I didn't know how everyone felt about that or if you guys wanted to go to Joann's early.  I guess I need to look at some ads and see if anyone has anything on Friday morning.  Then another idea I had with Mom was to take Wednesday Dec 6 off and go to the festival of trees and then that evening go and see the lights at temple square.  Would that be fun?  Well everyone stay warm and have a relaxing Sunday.

Yeah for Friday

I was just thinking that next week at this time, I will have spent my black Friday money.  That made me smile.  Rachel, don't worry about the house by the time 9 people are there and cooking and black Friday shopping no one will notice the floors.  I am so excited for next week.  I didn't feel great today.  I just felt weird all day.  I am glad we have a quiet weekend planned, I am going to rest up.  Karen I hope you don't get a foot of snow.  Robin, I hope your second job is going OK.  I am glad it isn't a hard job.  Rachel that is fun to just move slow with the kids.  It is amazing how they just love life where ever they are.  Everything is so wonderful.  I love Oliver's snow man shirt.  Have a great weekend LOVE MOM

Pretty Day

Today was so warm and beautiful, I loved it.  We went grocery shopping this morning and then after lunch we went on a walk and I let Isaac jump in all the puddles and walk in all the mud.  he had the funnest time and it was so nice to be outside.  When we got home Isaac wanted to take a bath so he did.  I feel like I always have to rush at night so I let him stay in as long as he wanted and it turned out to be an hour.  I filled it up with hot water again half way though.  I was glad we were able to take our time and just go slow today.  I don't have much planned for this weekend.  I am going to try to start cleaning so the house will be ready for everyone.  I am excited for thanksgiving.  We are going to have an awesome time.  I can't believe that it is next week.

I am so glad that tomorrow is the weekend. Although it is suppose to snow tomorrow night. My day was good. It is getting near the end of the month so assembly is crazy. I helped put some stuff together this afternoon. It was fun an it made time go by fast. I hope everyone had a great Friday . Bye

Basket of Goodies

This evening the church dropped off a turkey and a box of food for Thanksgiving.  Isaac was so excited to open the box and see everything.  We looked at it forever and it was bed time so both boys went to bed late tonight which is fine.  I took the boys to the fun park this afternoon while Casey made bread.  It was fun, I don't think we have done the soft play since last winter.  Oliver and Isaac both had a good time.  Well Casey is back to work tomorrow which is sad, we will miss him.  Everyone have a good night.

Better

I was feeling better today.  I didn't eat a lot but I just kept to liquids and that was enough.  I am glad I was feeling better.  Work was quiet.  No one wanted to get near me and get sick.  I just moved slow.  Not much else going on here.  Be safe in the storm this weekend.  I sure am excited for black Friday.  7 more days.  LOVE MOM

Well my day has been good. Work is staying busy so that has been nice. It makes the day go by fast. It was nice and almost warm here today. So right now I am watching Muppet Christmas Carol. They have it on Netflix now. It is definitely putting me in the holiday mood. Mom I hope that you are feeling better today. I hate the stomach flu. Tag I'm it

I think it is my turn to have the stomach bug.  I wasn't feeling great after we ate at Café Rio but I just didn't feel good all night.  I stayed home from work today and slept until 2:00.  I still haven't eaten anything solid but I think I am over the worst of it.  I am glad everyone had a good day.  Dad made it home from Houston and said everything went really well.  That was good.  That has to be a busy day for him.  I am glad your second job isn't going to be too much Robin.  I was worried about that one.  Have a great Thursday.  LOVE MOM

Fast day

Oliver did not sleep well last night.  He woke up at 1 and would not go back to sleep.  Me and Casey took turns and Casey finally got him back to sleep.  We think he is teething again.  So this morning when Isaac got up we just watched cartoons in our bed for a while, it was nice.  Isaac wanted to make monsters this morning so we drew some and then we crushed cars with them, he has a big imagination now.  After Isaac went to preschool Calleen and Allen came to visit.  They were picking up some posts to make a green house and they needed some computer help.  It was fun to visit with them.  The had to leave around 4 so they could get all the animals taken care of before it got dark.  After dinner we went to Sam's just to walk around and get out of the house.  It was fun, they had this four wheeled car that you pedaled that Isaac really liked, he drove it around the store.  Then we went and got ice cream.  I made more Kleenex covers, I used all the Kleenex's that Mom got which was fun, they turned out good.  Everyone have a good night.  I hope that Dad made it home safety.

Well the week is half over and there is just one more week until Thanksgiving. It was warmer today. Unfortunately it is because it is going to snow soon. Work is going good. Nothing too exciting to report. Robin I am glad that you like your second job. Well I hope everyone had a great day. Bye

Baby it's cold out side

Today was good nothing to crazy. I worked at scheels today. We got our schedule loosely for December it's nice. This is actually the most days I work in a row. I will usually work 2-3days a week. So it will be nice to have it 15-20 hours instead so 20-30. They had me anwsering phones today. It's super easy. It's all transferring and it's only every once and a while. Cake, well not much else have a good night

I am glad that Mom and Karen had dinner together, that sounds fun.  I am glad that your second job is going good Robin.  That is awesome you are learning a lot about Excel, that is a good skill to have.  It is pretty cold.  I put a space heater in Oliver's room last night and he slept a lot better.  He was tired today also so I think that he might be growing.  He is fitting in the 12 month clothes now.  The library is still closed so we didn't have story time and I am missing it.  I hope that the library is open soon.  I sewed with Jenn this afternoon which was fun.  I finished sewing the bags.  I didn't make enough for everyone, sorry about that.  I got tired of making them so I am just going to be done.  Maybe in a couple months I will pull it out again.  Casey had to find a project for the boy scouts while some were getting things signed off so he made turkey sugar cookies and had the boys decorate them.  It turned out to be a lot of work to make all the cookies but they tasted really good and the boys had fun.  He had some extra that we decorated and Isaac had so much fun doing it.  He was pretty excited.  Well that is about it, everyone stay warm.

Nice Day

Work was good, nothing major just a nice day. It was cold at my desk.  My boss said I could get a heater so I ordered one today.  Dad made it to Houston safe and sound.  He is coming home tomorrow night.  He has some presentation he is making tomorrow.  I decided to meet Karen for dinner in Park City.  It was nice to walk around.  She got her a rug for her bathroom.  It sure is cold.  Robin, I am glad you are feeling better.  You sure are learning a lot of good skills.  We can't find anyone with SQL skills at our work.  Tanya says it is really hard to find people with those skills.  I keep thinking about how valuable Rachel's skills are every time we interview anyone.  Have a great hump day. 

My excel hurts

Today was good. The after noon was busy at maggie. Then I went to my night job. They do exel the hard way. Everything is manually typed in every day. It's black and white from my day job to my night job. In the day I use excel with pivot tables and formulas. At night using an = in excel is mind blowing. Oh well its an easy job. I am feeling a ton better it's so nice. I'm excited thanksgiving is next week.

Glad

I am just glad that I am not in that coldest contest.  Rachel and Karen can play all you want.  I am ready to move to Arizona.  Dad is leaving for Houston in the morning.  I know I found out at 2.  No sense planning trips or anything.  I got Oliver a couple of sweat shirts at Walmart so I could get dad some cash for his trip.  Jeans feel a little different when you haven't worn them a lot.  Not much else going on with me.  I am going to go pack up a suitcase.  I did make arrows out of construction paper tonight and I think they turned out good.  I am ready for cub scouts.  I do need a treat but I will get that tomorrow night.  I love the picture of Oliver where you can see his teeth.  I am glad they are finally coming in.  Robin I hope you survived two jobs tonight.  LOVE MOM

We are the coldest

Karen, I just looked on weather.com and it said that Logan was going to get to -4 tonight, the high was only 23.  That is pretty cold, probably the coldest.  Today was pretty good.  I had a dentist appointment today for a cleaning.  My gums are looking a little bit better which is good.  I had a small old cavity that they needed to fill and they had a cancellation so they were able to do it right away which was nice.  I came back and took Isaac to preschool.  We went to Somebodies attic, Joann's and Best buy just to walk around.  It was fun to get out and walk around.  I forgot to say that I cut Isaac's hair yesterday, it was driving me crazy.  I need to figure out how to do it cuter, I just shave it.  I put Isaac in his new jeans today and he looked really cute, I attached a picture of them, but then he said that they were too big and wouldn't wear them.  I am going to keep trying.  Oliver looked good in his new shirt that is 12 months, it fit him good.  Thanks Mom.

Robin if you think 16 is cold you should come up to Kamas. It was 4 this morning when I left for work. I got my free turkey today at work. I even got it to fit in my freezer. So yeah for me. Work is going good. I have stuff to work on so it goes by pretty fast. I hope everyone had a great Monday. Bye

Good

Today was good me and Walter meet his parents at the left fork and had brunch. Then we came home and watched netflix. Sorry we didn't go out for dinner spegetti isn't Walters favorite. I went to the store and bought fajitas for us. I'm starting to feel better. It's nice not to feel yucky. Today I woke up and my phone said 16 degrees. It's going to be a cold winter. Well not to much else with me have a good week.

What a fun weekend

I had such a fun weekend.  I got to play in Logan yesterday and I always just love that and then I got to play with Karen today.  We had such a fun time.  We went and got stuff for my cub scouts and then we went to look at furniture.  We also swung by Scheels so when Robin gets her discount we will know what we what :).  We ended up in Costco.  We also went to toys r us.  They had such fun things.  It is going to be hard to go back to the real world.  I am excited for Thanksgiving and black Friday.  LOVE MOM

The Weekend

We had a really nice day with Mom and Dad yesterday, thank you.  I am glad that Mom and Karen went shopping today, that sounds really fun and it sounds like you got good stuff.  Today was good.  I didn't have the energy to go to sacrament meeting so we just took our time this morning and just went to Sunday school and we had a really good time.  Their were good lessons today and the boys did really well.  Casey was home when we got home, the building he works in didn't have any heat so it was like 40 degrees inside so they sent everyone home.  It kind of sucks to have to use all his vacation again but Casey was able to get a nap which was good for him.  Oliver took a nap this afternoon also so me and Isaac played together and had a fun time.  It was Randy's birthday today so we went up their and spent the evening.  Terry made a roast and it tasted good.  It was a fun evening.  Tomorrow I have to get my teeth cleaned.  I hope that it goes well, I have been brushing a ton the last couple of weeks.

Fell asleep

Sorry for not blogging last night.  Dad went to work and I fell sound asleep on the couch.  We had a really nice time yesterday.  We got a 20 lb turkey and a ham.  We are going to have the best Thanksgiving dinner ever.  Casey is going to cook them so they will be the best.  We had a great time shopping and went to Smiths where Isaac found the best toy in the whole world.  It was even better than that because it was on clearance and cheap.  It is going to be a quiet day here.  LOVE MOM
