Saturday

Rachel's birthday was a lot of fun. Tony's grove was just beautiful. I was really surprised to see all the flowers in bloom. It was hot here to day. I just feel for poor Karen in the heat right now. We made it to SLC this afternoon. It took a little longer than usual because we had to go back and get dad's computer because they were having troubles with the detector and he needed to help. Other than that it went like clock work. We ate the rest of the hoagies from Rachel's birthday and watched the 5th Harry Potter to get ready for the new movie. I had only seen it once. We also got the first season on the Big Bang Theory and that is so funny.

Well my Saturday had been pretty quiet. I took a nap and everything it was very nice. It is thundering outside right now. I doubt that it will rain, but it will probably start a couple of fires. Tis the season for fires down here. It was way hot outside today it was over 110 outside. I am really grateful for ac. Well I hope that everyone had a good Saturday. BYE

I'm glad that you had a great birthday rachel. I love your bag and Casey's flowers are beautiful. I can't believe you are getting a kindle. I want to see it when you get it, I think it will be awesome. I will have to buy you a book to go on it.  Well today the girl who wanted to go to "up" had to cancel, she had baseball tickets she couldn't get out of. So we are going to go next week. So instead I went to go see the dead sea scrolls exhibition. It was really cool I'm glad i got to go. They are smaller then I thought they would be. But the had jars and artifacts from around the caves that they found the scrolls. I got dad a book for his birthday, To not completely ruin the surprise I won't say the title. :) but i think it looks cool. Well I might do laundry today I will see how much will power I can get. And a girl from school has a "surprise" birthday party. She knows about the party, so we just say its a surprise for her roommates benefit. :) I hope you guys have a great saturday. love you

The Perfect Birthday

Thank you everyone for the most wonderful birthday. I had a really nice day. Thank you for the wonderful presents, I am spoiled. Here is a picture of all my loot.

The shirt Robin got me fits great, I am wearing it today and the makeup is awesome. I am glad that I have some connections now. The sewing table Mom and Dad got me fits my sewing machine and looks great. Karen's fabric is gorgeous and I am thinking of a great pattern that will be fun. Vickie got me some great books that I am excited to read. Casey got me a Kindle but it has yet to come. It wont come until Aug, but I can wait. I got the case for it so I read my people magazine in it last night to practice.

Everyone at work was really nice they sang to me and we had some cake. Casey sent me at work the most beautiful flowers.

After work we went and visited Casey's Dad and they got me a really cute bag. Then we went to Tony's Grove and it was so fun. Mom put together a delicious picnic. It tasted so good, it was really good. Then we cleaned that up and walked around the lake. It was really pretty their were a lot of flowers.

Robin "UP" is a really cute movie. i really liked it. Happy Birthday Rachel. I hope that you had a great day. Right now it is 113 in St. George. And it is suppose to be hotter tomorrow. I don't think that I will go for a hike tomorrow. Work was kind of slow in the afternoon so I am glad that it is over. Well not too much to report so I hope everyone has a good weekend. Love ya

Happy birthday rachel!!!!! I hope you had a great day. :) sorry to hear about your dentist mom that really sucks. you've gone through a lot, was it doctor skinner who did all that? I have sympathy pains for you. I will drink a frozen hot chocolate in your honor. :) Well the industry party was lame just like i thought but I went with a bunch of girls from school so at least they made it entertaining. Today we worked on wig knotting, we are making mustaches, no need to worry there will be pictures of me in it once i finish :) Tomorrow a girl from church wanted to go to the movie "up" in 3-d so I'm going to go and then meet up for lunch. Then at night a girl from school is having a birthday party, so I am going to go for a while to make an appearance. so tomorrow will be busy but I think it will be fun. other then that have a great Rachel's birthday day. :)

dentist

Well may I just say I hate dentists. I went today to get my teeth and that didn't turn out well they said everything was in the wrong place and they can only put a bridge on them so if I loose any more teeth I would have to buy new ones and couldn't add anything so I would have to take out the studs and leave the metal in my mouth and not use them and get a partial denture so I could add teeth when they fell out. Needless to say I fired my dentist and I am looking for someone new who will listen to me. I cried all morning and feel like an idiot. I am having a good time in Clifton. I love to watch Rachel with the goats. They just love her. Vickie is coming up tomorrow for Rachel's birthday. That will be fun. I think we are going for a hike and a picnic. I think that sounds fun. Well I will brave on with the saga of teeth. Dad is coming home tomorrow. He is suppose to finish up his nuclear scan if they have the medicine to inject into him. Crazy. LOVE MOM

Well I hope that Rachel had a good Birthday eve, and I hope that you have a great birthday tomorrow. My day was pretty good. Work was pretty off and on today it was busy then dead busy then dead. Today we did 18th century makeup. We whited out the face and put bright red blush on. Its was kinda funny looking. Tomorrow we start wig knotting. Hopefully it won't be to mundane. Tonight there is an industry party, everyone in my class is so excited to go. I don't know why but I really don't care. I kinda forgot it was today. I don't think i'm going to stay long. We will see what happens. Its at a club "this is london" so if everyone is there to drink I may slip out. Other then that I am glad things are going well. I am jealous of the raspberries, they sound delicious. anyway I better go have a great night. 

yard night

Me and Rachel and Joseph got my garden all back in control. I am missing my irrigation water. My house water taps are all messed up. We are going to have to work on that. We also picked raspberries and boy were there a lot. I got two batches of jame done. Me and Rachel are going to go to Clifton tomorrow and spend the night out there. I have to go VT first but that won't be too long. It has been fun to have Rachel here this week. We are going to go hiking for her birthday on Friday. Vickie is back in town and she is coming up to go with us. I go to the dentist in the morning hopefully I will have a good plan to have teeth. I am excited about that one. Robin I love those pictures. They are beautiful. I am so impressed. You are doing so good. It is really coming along. Way to go.

Wow

Robin your pictures look good. I am glad that you had a fun night. The movie I saw was good. It was called my life in ruins. It had the girl that played in my big fat Greek wedding in it. It was a chick flick and it had some funny parts in it. Work was just the same old same old. Well Have a good one.

Delivery

So i got my photos today. YEAH i was excited. The color ones weren't my favorite, i think it was because of the one in red. She was the one with bad skin and the makeup was flat on her, its not my favorite one. He photoshopped her though so it looks smother. My teacher liked the brown colored one. anyway today we did egyptian makeup it was fun. other then that not to much have a great night. :) 

The Proposal

I am spending the night again with Mom. We went to the movie tonight with Harmony and Debbie, we saw the proposal. It was a good movie, I liked it. Mom had seen it before and liked it both times. That is fun that you are going to the movies also Karen. I really like you makeup Robin. It is looking good. It is crazy how much makeup you put on people on the stage. We didn't end up sewing at all but we have time for that later. It is almost my birthday, three more day. Well I am glad that everyone is doing good.

Well today has been good. My garbage disposal is fixed so that is nice. Me and a group of girls from the ward are going to go and see a movie tonight. I think that it is called my life in ruins or something close to that. It should be fun. i am glad that you are having fun in your class Robin, try not to worry the teacher too much. I hope that Rachel and mom have a good time sewing. Try and stay out of trouble. BYE

a tribute to mom

 I'm sorry about your car rachel that sucks. Deer are stupid, I fully support jerky eating. Well today we were doing makeup for characters for "natural" on stage. the highlights and contours are stronger and eye liner is dramatic. so you can see it from far away. Well we learned how to do it on men and he said we didn't have to practice that one cause it was a 5 minute thing and a variation of a girl makeup. Well if you leave me alone with makeup and a willing model crazy things happen. I started on this girl for a day makeup. She was harassing another student in the class so they came up and drew a mustache on her. I then made her into a man with wrinkles, she looked like a sailor and sailors have tattoos for there moms. so we got out our illustrator kits for tattooing and made a mom tattoo. :) needless to say the teacher thinks we are crazy, but he saw what we were doing and gave us a mini demo on tattoos and lent me some brushes to use for the lettering. he' s super cool. I can't believe that one day i could get paid for doing stuff like this, crazy. :) well I hope you have  a great night  AND BE SAFE. you kids in logan are going to get in so much trouble.......... It happened again

Well as everyone knows, I hit a deer again. It sucks. My car is in getting fixed and Mom has been really sweet and letting me stay with her and drive her car. We are going to sew tonight and that will be fun. I got Karen's package in the mail yesterday. I am excited for my birthday, thank you for all the presents, you guys are so good to me. Manic Monday

Rachel I am sorry that you had a bad drive to work. I hope that it dosen't take too long to get your car fixed. My day was good. It is getting really hot down here. It is suppose to be 110 here by the weekend. My garbage disposal isn't working so I went to the office to report it and they said that they will fix it tomorrow. I hope that you have fun in your fashion class Robin.

5 weeks

Well I started theater today yeah, its a five week course. Its combined with wig knotting so on fridays we will be learning to wig knot. He said that we are going to make mustaches, and if we wanted to learn goatees and sideburns he will show us. I think it will be interesting. I'm excited for this course I think its going to be fun. If I'm ever home around halloween i will turn mom into a real witch for the pumpkin walk. no more lesser makeup  you will be the best in the world. ha ha ha ha ( evil laugh) :) anyway I haven't posted a picture in a while so this is toronto at night. Its by the track that is by me. Oh also there is a dead sea scrolls exhibition going on at the ROM. the museum that is right next door to me. Its the one mom and dad went to with me with the diamond exhibition. So I hope its cool we will see I might go one day this week. well Have a great night

Church was good for me also. I went to nursery and then they set me apart. Casey went to SLC so I had to go alone. I have been working on my double wedding ring quilt and I finished my second row. Here is a picture of my progress.

It is coming on pretty well and it is exciting. Casey is working in the Unitas this week and they are spending the night out their in a cabin I think. So he wont be able to get cell phone reception and that sucks. But my birthday is Friday and that will be fun. I hope that everyone has a fun week. Well I checked out the picture of the proposal and its not the perfect ponytail. I think my teacher would give a 6.5 to 7 out of ten. It can't have a part and it has to be on the top of the crown. top of the ear to to middle of the head is the line you draw. :) its close though. :) that is crazy about the mud slide I'm glad that rachel and casey moved to idaho. One friend on facebook said her house was damaged. that is crappy. Well tomorrow I start theater, i'm excited. I was talking to this cute girl at church and I think i have a few people lined up for models. :) yeah. The girl said that she wanted to go to the movie UP in 3-d we just have to find a day that is not crazy. :) its amazing how fast a week and fill up. On thursday they are having an industry party, at a club. I think most people from class are going, I think I will check it out. If it turns out to be partying I may not stay long but Maybe I might meet some people to network. we will see. well I hope everyone has a great night.

Well church was good. It is cold in the church though. I freeze in church then you go outside and fry. It is quite a temperature change. I did say hi to Riley after church. I know bonus points for me. I also got another complement on the bag you made me Rachel. Everyone really likes it. I do to. You choose such good colors. Update on Landslide

Me and dad drove over to where the landslide happened. It is right by where Rachel use to live. Three people were killed when there house was leveled. There is mud clear to the road just before Rachel's. I was wondering if they would have been in her ward. Crazy stuff. Our irrigation water is off. I bet that will be a long while before we see that one back on. Just thought you would like the update.
