Safe and sound

We are safe and sound in kamas.  We met Karen in park city and it was the first day the new Star Trek movie was out so we went and saw it.  We got food for the weekend so we are ready to play. Robin that time will be perfect. Everyone drive safe.  Traffic was crazy. I am glad that Isaac is excited. I can't believe he can remember it from last year. See you all soon.

Broke

Last night I broke down and ordered an evaporated cooler for my apt. It was so hot last night. It should arrive by next week so that will be nice. Work went well I left early since it was a friday before a holiday. I had to work at scheels tonight but since I left maggie early I took a little nap. Well I was thinking about leaving salt lake around 10 if that will work for everyone if not just let me know what time would be good to show up. See you tomorrow

So excited

I am excited for the weekend as well.  Work was drama again but I just came to the conclusion it is a job and I will do my work and go home.  It really helped me a lot.  Robin, I am sorry you didn't get the dog.  He was so cute. I am sure the right one will come along.  So I think the plan is that me and dad will meet Karen tomorrow night in Park City for Dinner and get food.  Everyone will come up on Saturday and play the weekend.  I am excited.  Karen took Monday off so we can play all the holiday.  Everyone be safe.  LOVE MOM

Beads

That is a cute dog Robin, I thought he wanted a big dog.  I hope he finds a good one.  Ruthie and Oliver didn't sleep well last night so I was tired today.  We have been working on having Oliver keep his binki on his bed and it is going really well right now and he is a lot happier.  I pulled out my beads this afternoon and we made some key chains, Isaac really had a fun time doing that.  Imogene came over and played for a while also.  Casey went up to Clifton to help fix their truck but it was hot so they didn't do much.  When Casey got home he hung up my new picture frame.  I love them, the picture isn't great but it looks really nice.  The boys really liked looking at it today.  Everyone have a good night and stay cool.

Cute

Robin, that is a cute puppy. My day has been good. Work is staying steady so time usn't dragging. It was hot and windy here today. It looked like it might rain for a second here, but it never did. I am so glad that tomorrow is Friday. I am excited to play this weekend. Have a great Friday everyone. Bye

No dice

Walter ended up not getting the dog. I guess the dog was abused by a man back in the day. He was worried with his night terrors the dog wouldn't bond with him. I was kinda sad he was cute but I guess it was the responsible thing to do. Work went well I came home and just rested. I feel tired.ni am so glad tomorrow is friday!

Work was good. We had our "fashion" show for the sales guys. We do it for every season. Tomorrow they are doing their rebecca Ingram line and making it offical. So now everyone is ok spreading the word of our new line of gowns. I'm sorry work is drama mom I hate it when you have to tip toe around everyone. Office politics can be a joke sometimes. After work me and Walter walked around the pound to see if we could find a dog for him. The had the cutesy shitz zhu mix. He is thinking about it. But I think he should just do it. So we will see if he ends up with a dog or not. We put him on hold for 24 hours so he can think about it. Have a good night

Hot Hot

I am sorry Mom, I was hoping that the new girl would be amazing and pick up a lot of the slack.  I hate drama also, it makes it hard to go to work.  It was another hot one today.  The boys just wanted to stay home so we just played at home and it was fun.  Oliver took a long nap this afternoon which was nice.  I needed an 8 X 10 to finish up the picture frame so I just took a picture today and had it printed out.  It isn't great but it will work for a while.  When Casey got home I went and picked it up and ran to the store.  Jenn gave me a gift card to my girlfriend quilt shop so I went their also while I didn't have any kids.  It was fun to walk around and look at everything, I didn't get anything yet.  I need to think about it some more.  I love the pictures in the frame, it looks really nice.  Casey is going to hang it up for me tomorrow and I will take a picture when he does.  Calleen lost the key to the truck and Casey was going to go up and help her but decided to go tomorrow instead so it wouldn't be so late.  So we played outside and then got some icecream.  Everyone stay cool and have a good day tomorrow.

Made it

I went into work a little late today.  I was over my hours and just needed a little more sleep.  Today was a lot better.  Not so much drama and that was nice.  I got a lot of work done.  We went for a little walk after work by yellow fin.  They have a really nice little loop to walk around by the water.  It sure it one hot day.  I am getting ready for it to cool down.  Rain would be nice as well.  Not much else to report.  LOVE MOM

Drama Drama

Well Robin the drama from work must have moved to my place.  The new girl lost it and it was a drama all afternoon.  She is starting to come across a little bit CRAZY!  I hope it calms down.  She started really nervous and it just is weird.  I hate stressful things and I ended up right in the middle of it.  I might call in sick tomorrow. Is that chicken?  Rachel it is suppose to stay hot all week.  It is hard to do anything.  I am glad you have a pool to cool off in.  That does help.  Not much else is going on.  We stopped for groceries on the way home and the fried chicken looked really good so we had that for dinner.  Have a great hump day.  LOVE MOM

Man Alive

It was so hot today, it was killing me.  We went on a walk at 8 at night and it was 92.  We played inside a bit and then went in the backyard and filled up the pool.  The kids loved it and we all cooled off.  Isaac wanted to dye it green so we did that.  He was looking at the bottle later and became all green.  Imogene came over and played for a bit in the afternoon.  It was so hot we were in the basement.  Casey's car was having problems but it turned out to be low on some fluid so we went out to dinner to celebrate it not being too bad.  Then we walked over to shopko and got some more water balloons and a tire to fix Isaac's new bike.  We worked on the bike and then went on a walk.  It was so hot.  Everyone have a good night and don't work too hard.

Today was good. Work was less stressful so that was nice. We went to taco bell for lunch. While waiting for My food I saw our cousin matt. I guess he started a new job around where I was working. So we just chatted for a bit. Then after work I went to fye. I found modern family for 10.00, so I bought it. It's been fun to watch. In one of the early episodes the mom was making cookies and it looked good. So I made chocolate chip cookies. They were tasty. Have a good wednesday

Jump

I like your glass projects, they turned out pretty.  Today was good.  We just played this morning with play dough and Terri gave Isaac a lego book so we made some things from that.  When Ruthie woke up from her nap we went to the store and then dropped some flowers off for a lady who had a stroke.  Then we went to the jump zone and it was a lot of fun.  The boys had a fun time.  This evening we were outside playing and Imogene was next door and wanted to play so the girls came over and played until bedtime.  It was good to see them.  I hung up one of me new pictures frames downstairs.  I think that it will look better with the two upstairs.   I still need to get an 8 X 10 but I am still thinking about it.  Everyone have a good night.

Is it Friday yet?

OK so I am excited to play this weekend.  It is hard to want to stay at work.  I love that fire place Robin that is cool.  I am glad you have a couple of days off.  That has to feel nice.  I hope Scheels starts giving you more time off.  Karen thanks for going to pick up our glass ware.  I love it.  Your colors looks really amazing.  We started putting the puzzle that Rachel got me for my birthday together. Start again

Today was good. I have been trying to catch up at work. I am tired, it's those pesky sunday naps that are getting me. I am working at scheels tonight so it's a chill night. I have the next three days off at scheels so I might actually have some time to do a fun project. :) we will see how ambitious I get lol

Well my day was good. I took a half day yoday so I could pick up our glass stuff from Thanksgiving Point. I also got my kitchen cleaned so that was nice. Also i planted some flower bulbs this spring and one of them bloomed. So I was excited about that. I have attached pictures below. I hope everyone had a great Monday. Bye

I had a really nice birthday week, it was a really good one.  I love birthdays.  Today we played at home and then went to church late.  Isaac had to give the prayer in primary.  Oliver had a major meltdown and Casey and him went home.  I kept Ruthie and she did really well.  Everyone but me and Isaac took naps when we got home so I cut fabric and Isaac watched a show with his headphones.  Randy invited us up for dinner.  He had been fishing and cooked the fish he caught, it was really good and fun to visit.  They got me a new rotary blade.  I have been the worst about taking pictures this weekend so I have nothing to show.  Everyone have a good week.
