Friday

 Isaac went trail running for cross country and he liked that.  We went swimming this afternoon and we all got sun burned.  We put sun screen on but we didn't do it well enough.  I got cold pretty fast but the kids had a fun time.  After dinner we mowed the lawn and I love it.  It looks really nice
