Saturday

 I am sorry you have to dig up your yard and deal with that pipe.  I am glad you found the spot it was leaking.  I had great day.  I went to Witches High this morning and it was so much fun.  I love doing the Halloween songs.  Then Casey made crepes and we took off hiking to look for the gold.  We did a lot of bushwaking which is going off the trail.  We went to a cliff area that could have been it.  We searched along the cliffs edge and then went up the the top.  It was very steep.  It was beautiful at the top.  We hiked along the ride and then came down at the saddle and hiked down to the trail.  It was dark by the. And the stars were really beautiful.

​we rented an excavator and they dropped it off this morning which was great. Then we started digging the whole mom , dad, and Karen came down to help. Thanks again. We finally dug down enough to find the pipe and there was water coming out. So we called the Plummer and we are waiting for them to get back to us. We also started leveling out the patio area while we had the excavator. Luna went up to salt lake to spend the night. We kept working on the yard then picked up groceries. I’m also got Luna her Halloween costume. She is galinda  from wicked

 Dad had a tough day. He was emotional and felt crummy. He hasn't slept and hopefully the medicine will go away soon. He read me his book his ai wrote and that was nice. We did walk Walmart. We are going to Lehi tomorrow to help with the hole and watch luna. Rachel I hope you get to hike. Watch ouy for hunters. Love mom

 Today was good.  Work went well and I have bunch of projects which is great.  I am listening to the funniest book.  I is one of the funniest books I have ever read and I made my day.  Oliver didn't have school today and he relaxed and got caught up on homework.  Ruth had friends over and Oliver had a friend over also.  Isaac had cross country and then Bradley came over and they took off.  We went to chick fil a for dinner and watched a show.

 I am glad that the weekend is here. My day was good. I kept busy so the day didn't drag to bad. Nothing really exciting to report. I hope everyone had a great day. Bye

Thursday

 Today was super busy and I was dreading it a bit but everything turned out okay.  I had to go to work early since I left early yesterday. Isaac has early morning practice so I dropped him off and Casey picked him up.  Oliver decided to have Casey drive him to school instead of the bus. But he wanted to get there early so Casey had to drive him, come back and drive Isaac.  Then Isaac forgot his violin so he had to drive back and then take Ruth to school.  Ruth had a field trip to USU and she had a really fun day.  She even got Aggie ice cream.  She is excited to go to college.  Work went well for me.  It is busy and I have lost of projects to work on.  It is the first of the month so I had a couple of number to gather.  Oliver had parent teacher conference and signed up for a couple teachers.  So I ran home and got him.  He is doing pretty good and he teachers are so amazing.  His math teacher had a good idea to keep his binder more organized so we are going to try it.  Ruth had orchestra and I was late picking her up so she walked home.  Isaac had violin lessons and Oliver had cello lessons.  Then we mowed Peggy's lawn for the last time.  Casey went grocery shopping and got Tony some food while we mowed.  Then I went to book group.  We met at a cute ravioli restaurant and it was fun to talk with everyone.

 We got up early. Everyone elses normal time and got dad a.shot. he is doing good. I hope it helps the pain. The first 3 days they put in an anesthetic so the pain is really good for a couple of days. I think that is what makes him sick. We both took naps when we got home and I was a lazy lump all day. I hope everyone enjoys the 1st Friday of October.  I love this month. Love mom

​nothing to wild on our end. We had work and school. After dinner we picked the garden and cleaned by the shed a bit. Luna made more Melty beads. 

Wednesday

 I had a nice day. I worked outside for most of the morning. I mowed the lawn and weeded and then planted daffodils. I worked on the computer most of the afternoon. Robin I am glad you have a plan. Rachel that quilt is beautiful. Way to go. Honey is always nice to have. Dad is going to have a steriod shot tomorrow. I hope it helps his pain. He has been having a rough couple of days. I am just going to hang out with dad tomorrow. Love you all mom

 That is weird about you pipe and I am glad that you have a plan.  Work went well today.  Oliver called and his backpack strap got stuck in his locker and it took him a bit to get it out.  He missed his bus so I left work a little early and picked him up.  Ruth had dance class and she had fun.  Isaac and Oliver had homework and worked on that most the evening.  All the kids in the. Neighborhood came over and played outside.  They all had a fun time.  I finished the blocks to a quilt.  It turns out good. I bought some honey from a guy at work, it was cheap and is really good.

​today was long. I had a 7 hour meeting on responsible sourcing. They provided lunch though so that was a tiny win. After work the Plummer came over. He said it’s not a leak in the water pipe. It more than likely water from the ground dripping in. So they would need to reseal around the pipe outside. It will cost 2.5k for them to dig a hole. So we are just renting an excavator on Saturday and digging the hole ourselves. We figured while we have the excavator we are going to dig out our deck area by the shed. Then Luna had swimming class

 Dad didnt sleep well last night so he slept in. I did also. He stayed home and I went and saw kay. She is doing about the same. Jen came and we had a nice visit. I came home and dad and I took a nap. You should see all the sagebrush. It is all in full bloom. Robin we.can come.down and help dig a hole. I.am sure Lunas pictures will be.perfect. Rachel I am glad you had a normal day. Those are always nice. I looked at my calendar and we can do haunted house any weekend. Love mom

 Not much exciting happened today.  Casey took the day off and went hiking which is really fun and amazing.  Work went well and school was good for everyone.  Ruth had orchestra after school.  Since Casey was gone we went and got Old grist mill for dinner.  Isaac and Oliver had young men's and learned about finances.

​this morning I attempted to straighten Luna’s hair. It went ok by the time I picked her up it was curly. I picked her up from daycare and she was so sad she missed marshmallows time I guess and she cried the whole way home. So I’m not really  Sure how pictures went since we had a marshmallow sadness. Then we had dinner and played outside. The Plummer is coming tomorrow and Jeramy didn’t want to get charged for digging a whole. So we attempted but didn’t get the whole way. It’s not fun digging holes.

 I hope whatever is leaking is easy to fix. I hate water leaks. My day was pretty good. Work was busy but it went by fast. After work I came home and was just lazy, but I felt like I should be doing homework but I finished everything for this class. I hope everyone has a great day tomorrow. Bye

I took dad to work and then I went to the grocery store. I came home and did laundry. Boy did we get rain today. I picked up dad and we went to ogden to go to the doctor. It went well and he got his blood drawn. We stopped and got jimmy johns and came home. I am going to go see kay tomorrow. Robin we are close if you need anything.  I am so sorry. I hate flooding.  I am sorry about your basement flooding. That is really stressful.  Today was pretty good.  At work I had to escalate people who hadn't done their training which isn't fun but I did it.  Ruth didn't have school for a teacher work day.  Casey brought her a sandwich for lunch and she went to the park.  I had a appointment at the hair salon to talk about dying the underside of her hair purple.  I think it will look cute.  Then she had dance.  I picked up Isaac from cross country.  Casey went to the lost sink cave with some people from his caving group.  Isaac and Oliver had homework so they stayed with me.  Isaac and the neighborhood kids came over and we're all playing in the backyard and having fun.  A little girl got hit with a ball and it knocked her phone into her mouth and she was bleeding so I drover her home.  We felt bad that she got hurt.

​sorry i forgot to blog over the weekend. We were running non stop. We dumped the rest of the branches and mowed up the leaves. Then we went to a birthday party for Lunas friend. They had a piñata and Luna grabbed a million candies. We thought during the rainstorms our basements flooded. So we rented a carpet cleaner and cleaned our carpets. Sunday the carpets were even wetter then we started. Jeramy knocked out a piece of the wall and a pipe is leaking down the wall and into the carpet. We have a Plummer coming by late tonight to look at it. It was the only time they had open. Then we all had work and school today. After work I made chili and we played around the house. I bought Luna some Melty beads since she was good while we cleaned the carpets. Tomorrow is her picture day.

 I had a nice day. I slept in and then went to  Costco. There weren't many people there. i was wondering if gas prices were affecting buying. We went to lunch at jordan landing. They have nice places to eat there. We went on a bike ride and almost went 10 miles. I love this time.of year. The moon was full tonight. I thought how fast time goes. it was a cresent moon when I had luna and now it is a full moon. have a great last days of september. I hope oliver gets feeling better. Love mom

 Oliver's stomach was hurting today so he stayed home from church and we didn't go hiking.  I played the piano at church and that was fun.  We are getting close to the primary program.  Casey worked on the cars.  He changed the oil and fixed the brakes.  I sewed and embroidery which was fun.  Isaac made chili and he always does an amazing job
