My day was busy. I went into work and hour early because I had a doctor's appointment. It was a busy morning though so it went by fast. Then I took a short lunch. At 130 I left work and went to the doctor. I am doing good. My A1C was 6.3. Then I came home and worked the rest of the day. I hope everyone had a great day. Bye
