Sunday

 Sunday's are busy but everything went well today.  My hand was sore today and the bruising is getting worse.  I walked this morning and it was nice.  I had a meeting this morning.  The kids stayed home and I just went to primary.  Casey and Isaac made dinner and it tasted good.  I had a stake meeting this evening and it was really nice.  I was not expecting that.  The kids don't have school tomorrow because it is a teacher work day so it will give them one more sick day.

 We had a nice day. We got up and tried electric bikes. They were so much fun. Dad said his knees didnt even hurt. I was excited about that....
