Wednesday

 I got up and went to work. I was so nervous about dad's surgery. I just did a lot of small tasks. I hooked up with Allison and took them to the gift shop and bought her daughter a present. We had a white elephant party for lunch and then I left and went home. They do the surgeries in these little rooms where they see patients. It felt like it wasn't a big deal but man I got to watch and it seemed like a big deal to me. The bone they took out was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. I watched them wrap the tendon around. It was a lot of work. Dad is going to be hurting. It was amazing how big they open the wound up. It made me think about what they did to Rachel's hand and how much that hurt. I am sorry Luna was sick. I hope she feels better soon. Karen won the milkshake tonight. I was beginning to think we would never break the record. It was fun. Rachel I hope all is going well. I can't believe casey will be in Australia by Friday. I am going to work from home the next two days. Just wanted to make sure dad is ok. Love mom

Wednesday

 My day was good. Work was good but just the usual. I ordered grubhub for dinner since mom and dad had a busy day. Then I finally got high score on the pinball game me and mom were playing. So now mom owes me a milkshake. I am glad that the week is half over. I hope Luna feels better tomorrow. Bye 

Wednesday

This morning Luna woke up with a blow out that happened sometime in the night. She didn't cry when it happened so it left a pretty bad rash. She was acting silly and eating. So I took her to day care. When we walked through the door she said she pooped. So they changed her diaper for me since she was already clocked in. And it was a mess. So I just took her home since her tummy wasn't right. She ate and drank fine all day but it was always a diaper right behind. She is doing better tonight. So I gave her a bath to help with her rash. Work was thankfully slower so that was nice. Our Internet also went down for an hour around 12. So I used that for getting us lunch and nap time. Luna did great though and wasn't so hard to manage. She was good to play with toys and watch movies when I needed to focus on work. I'm hoping tomorrow we can go to daycare like normal

 Work was busy. I got 13000 steps. It seemed later in the week than Tuesday. The lady I support found out her husband has terminal cancer. It was so upsetting. I worked on clearing her schedule for the week. I made garlic shrimp from Costco and it was really good. We went to Walmart to get a meat/cheese tray for a potluck tomorrow at  work. I will leave after that and come get dad. His surgery is at 330. I will keep you posted. Robin that is weird they lay off one person for budget cuts. I hope you are OK. I hope this helps dad's hand. It has bothered him since the beginning of the summer. We did go to target and found a barbie bed set for luna. I am done with her Christmas present. Making progress. I am going to work from home in Thursday and Friday. I am getting done with work. Not much time left. Love you all mom

 Good luck tomorrow Dad and Mom.  I hope everything goes smoothly.  Today was good.  Work went well.  Most of my day is prep and then I have three classes.  Ruth had tumbling tonight.  It was a fundraiser for Greenville at zupas so we went and had dinner there.  Then we went to Fred Smith's and got some presents for my book group tomorrow.  Love you guys.

Today they let a girl go for budget cuts in a department I work with. It's odd because everyone kinda skirted around the topic and didn't know of any other budget cuts. I feel like they wanted to fire her but didn't have a good reason so they budget cut her. It's weird and dumb. Other than that things are good. Everyone is hanging in there.
