Tuesday

Today was busy but I made it out alive. We bought this thin cut meat and Jeramy smoked it tonight. Smoking attracted a million flys and we didnt close the bug neting before we started. So I bought a fly catcher so next time we are covered if we forget to zip up the bug netting. Jeramy is going to start smoking meat tomorrow so we can also marinate it Thursday. Hopefully it tastes good for this weekend :)
