I got.to.sleep in and had a slow morning. The kids slept in. We went to jinya for lunch and then altitude for jumping. It was fun. We came home and I made homemade Mac and cheese with nuggets. Karen and Isaac made merigunine cookies. Robin watch Luna. Wometimes after swimming they get swimmers ear. Makes them dizzy. Hydrogen peroxide helps a little drop. Might not be the case but ya never know. I am glad you did t have to go to provo. Rachel thanks for letting g the kids come and stay. Love mom
