My day was good. I only worked half day and then went to the doctor. There is no arthritis in my knee so that is good. He did say it looked like a had an impact injury to my knee. Probably back from volleyball in high school and that the cartilage got worn down in that spot. So that is when it aches sometimes. Unless it gets worse there isn't much to do about it.
