Pain in the arse

I met up with mom and dad and went to IKEA. It was fun. Then tomorrow we are having a potluck for work. I am bringing salads so I just got the premade ones. As I was putting away groceries I bent over and had a huge nerve pinch in my butt to my lower back. It hurt so bad. So I relaxed the rest of the night because it didn't go away. I might go get a pedicure to sit in a massager chair if it doesn't go away tomorrow. Lol hope everyone has a good Monday
