I'm glad this is a short week. :) today was good. Work was work. I went to costco to get contacts but they didn't take my insurance so instead I grabbed some streak. Walter decided to come over since there was steak :) everyone drive safe and stay warm

Being 5

Isaac has hit the your not my friend age.  He is going to miss you.  I am not that amazing.  I sure like those bean bags you made.  They look really nice.  It looks like the boys like them.  I am so glad that I am done with work this week.  I was ready to be on vacation.  I did get a lot done this week and that was nice.  I feel all caught up.  I can't believe that New Years is here.  I am excited to come and get the boys.  We will have a fun time.  Dad's jeep needed to be inspected this month (I know we always wait until the last minute)  We were driving home and the place on the corner was open so he took it over there and it passed and we are all set for another year.  We will make sure we have a fun time with the boys.  Dad is coming tomorrow, I thought that Oliver would like that a lot better.   Everyone be safe out there.  LOVE MOM

Happy

Oliver has been so happy this week.  It has been really nice to see him happy and feeling better.  We had a pretty good day.  We just stayed at home and read a lot of books and played.  When Casey got home they played outside for a while but it is super cold out there.  Isaac wanted bread sticks for dinner so we got a pizza, it tasted good.  Thanks again Mom for picking up the boys, they are excited.  Isaac said he isn't going to miss me and is really happy at your house.  Drive safe and thanks again.

Well I am glad that I only have to work one more day this week. Work is going good. It was a little snowy here today, but the sun did come out for a little bit this afternoon. Today was good. Me and Walter had a date night. We went to baza grill and saw star wars. I liked it. Walter is still sad about Han solo. He needs a minute. I guess in the books he dies of old age. But he said he liked the movie. Thank you mom for the movie. Hope everyone has a good one

Thanks Mom for making a plan and for taking the boys.  Isaac is so excited, he talked about it all night long.  Thank you.  We didn't get any snow today but it is cold out their.  We just took it easy today and maybe watched too much TV.  Oliver did sleep all night long, it is a miracle.  He hasn't done that in probably two months.  I finished my book tonight while putting the boys to bed.  I read so much waiting yesterday, I need to find a longer book.  Thanks for everything guys.  I hope that Ruth can wait two more days.  Baby step to January.

I have a plan (maybe)

I talked with Rachel and I am going to pick the boys up on Thursday morning and bring them to SLC.  Robin gets off work at noon so I told her we would hook up later in the afternoon.  Karen, I thought you could come down and have dinner and if you and Robin want to go party for the new year eve's we will stay home and play with the kids or you can play with us also.  I thought on Friday we could do crafts and play and then on Saturday we are going to meet up with Casey and give them back the boys.  This is all conditional that Ruth decides to not be the first baby born on the New Year.  I am still holding out for 1/6/16 at 1616 :).  It snowed here most of the morning and some in the evening.  My hair was driving me crazy so after work we stopped and I got it cut.  It feels a lot better.  Tomorrow is my Friday.  Can I just say that sounds so good.  Everyone have a great Wednesday.  LOVE MOM

halfway

Since I don't work Friday my week is officially half over. It did snow about an inch here today. So I did have to shovel, but it didn't take very long so that was nice. I even put some ice melt out. Impressive I know. Work is going good. Nothing too exciting to report there. I do need to go grocery shopping at some point but when I got off work it was cold and snowing so I lost motivation to go. Maybe tomorrow I will go. I hope everyone had a great Tuesday. Bye

Still cold

Well we are still in the negative numbers here. The furnace was also out at work today until about two so it was chilly there as well. I am glad that Isaac's and Rachel's doctors appointments went okay. I hate it when they run late. I am good to play this weekend also. I only have new years day off though. I can take time off though if you want to meet up before then. Well I hope everyone has a great Tuesday tomorrow.

One day more

Today was good work went by fast. Then after work walter came over and I made chicken tezinniki. I found the recipe on pinterest. It tasted good. I work a half day on new years eve and on new year's i.have the day off. Walter has to be under watch for his disability claim. They are going to monitor his sleep and do tests so I'm free to play have a good one

Waiting

We spent a lot of time in the waiting room for doctors today.  Isaac had a doctors appointment this morning.  We had talked about it a lot but he still was nervous and it took a while for him to calm down.  He did really good and he earned a prize, we went to Walmart and he choose a lego space shuttle.  One thing is they forgot to give him a shot so they called after I had gotten everyone in the car and we had to go back in and wait for the shot.  Isaac did really good and handled it really well.  We came home and did legos and had lunch, the morning went really fast.  Oliver took a good nap which was nice.  I had a doctors appointment at 5:15.  My doctor had a busy day so he was behind anyway and then he had to go and deliver a baby so I didn't see him until 7.  Luckily I brought my book and it didn't seem bad.  Everything looks good and she is measuring good.  My blood pressure was higher but still in the normal range.  Thanks again for the fun Christmas, it was so nice.

Back to the real world

We made it back to work.  It was so quiet today.  Everyone was gone and boy did I get a lot of work done.  I need a couple more of those days.  I am going to get another one of those tomorrow also.  Rachel, I am glad that Isaac did good with his shots.  He isn't going to feel 100 percent for a couple of days.  I am glad you checked out also.  It sure is cold.  I talked with Robin tonight and she wants to play over the holiday.  Well not much else going on with me.  WE did go grocery shopping.  I left my phone at work.  I am such an air head.  Everyone have a great Tuesday.  LOVE MOM

Thanks for the predictions.  I didn't even realize that 1/6/16 is an option, That would be a cool birthday.  Thanks for the 7 pound prediction Robin, I hope you are right.   I am excited that it is almost January.  I am feeling better today and we just took it easy.  Oliver didn't sleep well but I expected it.  It was so cold that I checked the thermostat this morning and the batteries were dead so it wasn't turning on the heat.  Casey fixed it and we were up and running.  Me and Isaac went to church and Casey stayed home to give Oliver a nap.  Next week the new time starts so it will be a lot better.  Isaac got a ton of stuff for Christmas and his birthday, he seemed pretty happy.  We had salmon for dinner and it tasted really good, thank Mom.  Well good luck going back to work tomorrow.  Luckily it is a short week again.  Thanks for the wonderful Christmas.

Pajama Day

We had a pajama day today.  I did laundry and got everything moved into my new purse.  Thanks Karen.  It is so much bigger and nicer.  I love it.  We didn't go see Grandma because Susan is sick with a bad cold.  I sure hope she doesn't catch it.  Robin I love your prediction for Ruth.  That would just be perfect.  I hope you are feeling alright Rachel.  Robin, I am sorry you didn't get to go see Star Wars.  You will have to do it for New Years.  Karen, Rachel and Casey went and saw it.  They liked it.  Me and Grandpa got to play with the kids.  It was so much fun.  Everyone good luck going back to the real world.  I love you all.  Thanks so much for the fun holiday.  LOVE MOM

Back to life

Thank you all for the fun christmas. I'm glad the holidays are winding down. January is my slow month and I'm looking foward to it. :) I felt worse yesterday so I just vegged on the couch. I feel a but better today. But I had to work at scheels so it was an ok day. I am back to work at maggie tomorrow. I am excited to meet ruth friday ;) my guess is 1-1-16 at 1:16pm at 7lb 6 oz.

Alive and well

Mom I am good with either option. I can either drive up by my self or drop by and pick you guys up. My day was good. I shoveled snow, did laundry, wash dishes, and shoveled more snow. I am excited for Christmas.  I hope everyone has recovered by then.

Sickness

I thought the same thing about food poisoning.  It came on so fast and so hard.  I am starting to feel better.  It just sucks to be sick around Christmas.  I hope I am better tomorrow.  Karen are you going up to Logan or coming down here?  I wasn't sure of the plan.  You know I am sick when I don't have a plan.  I hope you start feeling better Robin.  I am glad that Walter is taking care of you.  LOVE MOM

Happy Birthday

Robin, that is funny I had the same picture picked out for the blog, great minds think alike.  I am sorry that Mom and Robin are sick.  It is the worst to be sick on your birthday, I feel bad.  We will make it up to you some how.  I hope that everyone feels better tomorrow, it will be a Christmas miracle.  Today was good.  Casey only work until 12 so swing shift didn't have to work so late.  It was fun, he and Isaac made a snow fort outside.  I had an eye doctors appointment this afternoon I needed more contacts.  My eyes are good and my prescription hasn't changed.  I still have really bad eyes.   We were going to walk the mall this evening but the boys got playing and didn't want to go so we just stayed home.  I hope that everyone feels better tomorrow and that your drive up is good.

Flu

I had the flu yesterday, I still felt.crappy today but I am holding food down. I guess everyone on enochs side of the family is sick to. They are thinking it was food poisoning from their Christmas party on sunday. I still feel under the weather so I'm not sure if it was a 24 hour thing. Enoch came over and did my dishes ans bought me lunch. He wad really sweet. I just was a dud all day. I guess I had to work at scheels tomorrow but another girl is also scheduled to come in. So they told me I had to call in or show up. I was mad so I called in. They already had someone and I'm still sick. I was over it. I am excited to see everyone on friday. Love.you

Snow

Who ever is dreaming of a white Christmas needs to stop. We have gotten over a foot of snow in the last 24 hours. Hopefully it will taper off tomorrow. I am sorry you don't feel well Robin. I hope you feel better soon and that you have a great birthday tomorrow. Work was good. I got all the cables done that needed to be done. So now I can enjoy my day off tomorrow. Weird weather

Growing Good

I am sorry you are sick Robin, that is the worst.  I hope it is just a 24 hour thing.  I am sorry you got so much snow Karen.  You guys have gotten a ton this year, we really haven't gotten too much.  Today was good.  Isaac wanted to spend his allowance at the hobby lobby on a dragster so we went their and then we went to Walmart and he spent his gift card on a lego.  He said this evening he wants to write Grandma and Grandpa a thank you for all the things that you get him.  After lunch I gave Oliver a nap and it took a while for him to fall asleep.  Isaac was sweet to play for a while.  Randy called and wanted to take the boys and make gingerbread houses and trains.  Oliver was asleep so Isaac just went and had a fun time.  I had a doctors appointment and everything looks good.  She is measuring good, at 38 cm.  I am so glad that she is doing well.  I asked about her size and he said that she is about 6 1/2 pounds and will probably be around the same as Isaac.  I am really happy that she is doing well.  We just stayed home and watched a show this evening.  Everyone have a good day tomorrow and Happy Birthday Robin, I hope that you aren't too sick for it.  I am sorry we are missing dinner, we will make it up to you.

Howling wind

It is really windy here tonight.  The storm is a coming.  The have called off all the big warnings with snow but I still think we will get some.  I met Kay and Julie and Austin and Jen and Rylie for dinner.  The Chinese place was closed on Monday so we went to California Pizza.  Work was good and I am so ready for it to be Wednesday.  Not much else going on with me.  Good luck at the doctor's tomorrow Rachel.  Is Randy going to watch the kids?  Everyone have a great day.  Karen and Robin tomorrow is your last day of work.  I should have taken Wednesday off.  I can slip out a little early.  I am sure everyone will.  LOVE MOM

Early

Well Oliver slept a little better last night but Isaac didn't feel good and didn't sleep very well.  He seemed alright today.  I think his nose is stuffy and it made it hard to breath.  He did sleep in until late and Oliver was in a good mood today so that was nice.  We went and got some honey, we were out and we are almost out of bread so Casey is going to make some tomorrow.  Oliver fell asleep in the car on the way to get honey and then I couldn't get him to nap.  My phone came today, I am waiting to play with it until Christmas, I think it is fun to play with new technology on Christmas.  We went to best buy and got a case and screen protector for it.  I am super excited.  Oliver fell asleep in the car on the way home so we put him to bed early.  It is really nice to have some extra time.  I have a doctors appointment tomorrow and I will ask him about driving to SLC for Robin's birthday and see what he thinks.

We had a good day today.  We spent the morning in our pajamas which is always nice.  We have given away all but 3 of the black berry jellies and we still had some black berries frozen so Casey wanted to make more Jelly.  He took Oliver to the store to get some stuff and brought a pizza home for lunch, it tasted really good.  He was going to stay home from church with while Oliver napped and me and Isaac decided to stay home also, we played hookie.  I found a hot wheel track builder game and Isaac played that all afternoon, it was perfect for him.  We ate dinner and then went to the tabernacle for a free concert, Handel's Messiah.  We were late but we had a fun time.  It started to snow pretty big flakes and the boys had a really fun time walking around.  Isaac didn't want to go but he said that the concert ended up being fun.  Well I can't believe it is almost Christmas.  It should be a fast week.

Today was good it snowed but it melted right away. Then I went over to Walters family party. We didn't stay long because walter still is getting over the flu. For my birthday we are meeting up with Walters family for lunch and then we are free. Hope you guys travel safe the weather is crazy this week.

Shop until I drop continued

We went and got grandma and took her to the South Town Mall.  It was a lot of fun and man did they have some sweet buys.  I went in telling dad I was totally done buying for Christmas and ended up with bags. It was fun.  Not much else going on with us.  I am going to dinner with Julie and Kay tomorrow night.  That should be fun as well.  Everyone have a great couple of days.  I am getting so excited for Christmas.  I haven't heard back from any one so I am assuming that ham and stoke potatoes for Christmas Eve and then make your own pizza for Christmas is good.  I have started buying.  I even found some pie tins to make the pizzas.  I thought I would get a really nice tossed salad for Christmas eve and then garlic bread for Christmas Pizzas.  Everyone be safe.  Robin we are still playing for your birthday right?  I am excited to celebrate. I just looked at the weather and Logan and Kamas are in for some really big snow falls.  You guys be safe.  LOVE MOM

Shop until I drop

We had a good day.  We went and got Karen's Christmas present this morning and man it was heavy.  We didn't want to carry it up and down so we took it to Karen's house.  She will put it under her Christmas tree.  We then went to Home Depot and the Cactus store and got dad some more venus fly traps.  I hope they grow this time.  We never have had much success but he wanted to try again.  We went home and I wrapped presents.  It was fun to do that.  Then we went looking for a curtain and rug for Ruth's room.  No such luck but it was fun to walk around.  Tomorrow we are taking Margaret out for lunch.  It is suppose to be stormy but it doesn't look that bad.  Congratulations Rachel.  You have done an excellent job of being pregnant.  She is going to make it to the new year.  Robin, I hope you survived working.  You and Karen are working a ton.  Everyone have a great Sunday.  I can't believe next week at this time we will be laying on the floor in a heap of Christmas paper sound asleep.  LOVE MOM

Well my day was nice but busy. This morning me, mom, and dad went to breakfast and then Costco. Mom got me a shelf for my garage for Christmas. Then they come up to Kamas to drop it off. Then I went into work for a few hours to help get stuff ready to ship this week. Just five more day til Christmas. Bye

Camping

Robin, don't stress about the quilts for Christmas.  You can give them to them whenever, no stress.  Isaac and Casey set up the tent downstairs last night and slept so I wasn't able to blog.  They had a good time and slept well.  Casey got up with Oliver this morning.  He keeps waking up at 5 and wont go back to sleep.  This morning I took Oliver and Casey took Isaac and we had them get presents for each other.  It will be good to start having them give things.  When we put Oliver down for a nap Isaac and Casey went to Idaho to drop off Calleen's computer.  They had a good time and I was able to sew a little bit.   It was nice to have some down time with Oliver also, we read and played trains.  Well Ruth has made it to full term, no preemie baby this time.  That is exciting.  Everyone have a good Sunday and I hope it is relaxing.

Me and Karen went to the forgotten carols. I really enjoyed it. Karen is spending the night and we are going Christmas shopping for her gift in the morning and then I will be done. Defective

Today was good. I am working on a defective project and it's slow moving project. It just has alot of steps. I am so glad that today is friday. I am working scheels tonight and tomorrow but I have sunday off. So that will be nice. I can't believe christmas is next week. I'm not going to finish the train quilts on time.....so they will have to be a mother goose new years present. Sorry....  Christmas comes so fast. Hope everyone Is doing well. Snow Boots

We didn't get any snow either, that is weird that you got so much Karen.  Today was pretty good.  Isaac had school and I sent treats for his birthday.  They sang to him and I think he had fun.  They had Santa come to his school and they did a bunch of fun things.  We played in the snow for a while after he got home and I decided I need boots.  I get all wet and the boys are fine so Casey ordered me some this evening.  I am excited to have them.  I think we will be in the snow a lot this winter.  Oliver napped this afternoon and we just played.  After dinner Casey wanted to drive the boys up to Clifton to drop off Calleen's computer and get the boys out of the house.  I didn't have the hard drive charged enough and we were having movie problems.  Their were tears so they just stayed home and we watched the show on the TV.  It was relaxing anyway.  One more week until Christmas, that is crazy.

after work we stopped by kohls and dress barn. I got me a new pair of pants to wear with the boots I hope I get for Christmas.  I was way excited. I am glad that tomorrow is Friday. I am excited to play after work tomorrow. I will meet you at your apartment after work tomorrow mom. My day was good. I won a prize in the cookie contest. They had about 6 categories and i won one of them. I don't know which one, but i did win one. I won a reindeer and a bag of m&m's. I did have to shovel this morning. We got about 5 inches of snow. Well my day was good. It did snow a bit here, but nothing really stuck. I am still working on cables but i have passed the halfway mark. We are having a cookie contest tomorrow. So i was goid and made peppermint meltaways. They aren't as cute as the pucture, but i think they turned out good. Weird

I told Robin is was going to snow tonight and let's reschedule for another night to go to Charming Charlies.  At 3:00 it was snowing and by the time Gary picked me up the roads were horrible.  I felt like I had made the right decision and then we drove home and at the house there was not one drop of snow.  I guess it just depends on where you are.  Sorry Robin, we can go next week for sure.  Not much else going on with me.  I am so glad next week I only have to work 3 days and then I get 4 off.  I am really ready for that.  I guess I better start wrapping presents.  I am glad Rachel that you had a good day.  I am sorry that Oliver isn't sleeping well.  That can get old really fast.  I hope that Isaac has fun at school with his birthday treats.  Karen, I hope you don't have to work to much more over time.  I hope fiber optics are just about done.  Everyone have a good Thursday.  LOVE MOM

Poor Oliver is still having a hard time sleeping in his bed.  I hope that he will start sleeping better soon.  We had a good day.  Isaac had school and had a good time.  Oliver wouldn't take a nap today so we played trains and lego's.  Casey took the boys to the store when he got home and I had some time to cut fabric.  I started the red quilt I got at the quilt fair last may, I am excited to work on it.  We had a couple people drop off Christmas gifts and it was nice to have the jelly to give back.  CAsey made bread also so the house smelled really nice.  I hope that you guys are surviving the snow, you have a ton more than us.

Today was good. I forgot we were doing inventory. They bought us lunch from pot bellys. It was tastey. Tomorrow we are doing our secret santa. I had to work at scheels tonight. I was kinda busy. The new girl doesn't have any of the templates for some things so I have been setting them up. It keeps me busy. I don't work tomorrow so of you want to go to charming charlies mom we can. Record Time

Oliver fell asleep in record time tonight which is awesome.  Today was good.  We took it slow this morning and it was so pretty outside we played in the snow for a while.  Oliver didn't want to wear his boots but I knew he would like them once we got in the snow and he did.  He even wanted to wear them later in the afternoon.  It was really nice to be outside and play.  I miss being able to do that.  I sewed with Jenn this afternoon and it is crazy not having Casey to watch the boys.  I did get a receiving blanket made for Ruth and it is super cute.  I am making a tee shirt quilt for a girl I used to work with so she dropped that off when Jenn was leaving.  It doesn't have to be done until May so I have some time.  Casey didn't feel good today so he canceled scouts and stayed home, it was nice.  I stayed up late and finished my last bowl, I guess I still have to unpick the grey one but I will do that later.  It is nice to have that done.  Well enjoy your Wednesday tomorrow, this week is flying by.

Pondering

With Christmas a week away, I have pondering meals.  What do you guys think of these.  Christmas eve we make Karen's ham and stroke potatoes and then on Christmas lunch we make individual pizzas. That is always fun.  I thought we could do left over ham for Christmas night.  Do you think that would be fun?  Not much going on with us.  I drove trax to work and dad stayed home and played on his computer.  It is all up and running.  We did go get some shopping done for a little while and then came home and rested.  The roads are really good.  Everyone have a great hump day.  LOVE MOM

Snow

You guys had a lot of good news, yea.  Congratulations on your blood sugar Karen, that is amazing.  Robin, you treat was so pretty you really deserved to win.  I am glad that Dad got his computer and it is nice.  We didn't get as much snow as you guys did, a couple of inches.  It is so crazy you got that much.  Isaac had a dentist appointment this morning so I had to get the boys up early.  They were tired and I felt bad.  Isaac didn't like the dentist this time and wouldn't let them clean his teeth.  The doctor looked at his teeth and he said that they look good and to try again in 6 months.  Isaac had school and two kids were fighting who got to sit next to him.  I am glad that he gets along with them.  We spent the rest of the afternoon putting together the train, thomas take and play and the snow plow.  It was a lot of lego's but it was fun to do.  The train is really nice and smooth.  I attached a picture of Isaac being frustrated at Oliver who wants to play with what Isaac has.  I had a doctors appointment and when I was gone he had taken apart the train and wants to put the motor in a different car.  I was kind of frustrated but when I thought about it, it is good he is thinking about it and wants to build his own train so we will do that tomorrow.  Ruth is measuring good so no more ultrasounds which is good.  I am glad she is doing well and she should be here in 4 weeks which is exciting.  I have a video of Isaac opening the present but it is pretty big and I am not sure how to share it.  Let me know if you have any ideas.

what a day

Well I didn't have to shovel this morning so that was nice. They cables did come in today about one thirty, so I did that the rest of the day. I even stayed a little late so I could maybe get a little ahead. They said I could take all the overtime I wanted to get those done. Of course it did snow about two inches during the day. So I was all set to shovel when I got home. I was really surprised when I got home because some super nice person had shoveled my driveway for me. So it only took me a few minutes to get my walks done. That was so nice. Then tonight I got online to check the blood test I had done for Dr. Miner before Thanksgiving. My A1C was 6.4. This new insulin that I am on is awesome. Well that is all my news for today. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday tomorrow.

Let if snow

Man did we get a lot of snow.  I figure we have 12 inches.  It snowed all day it was pretty to watch from my window at work.  I drove in trax and dad stayed home.  His computer came around 2:00 and he has been working on it since then.  He really likes it.  The roads weren't bad coming home so I stopped to get some gas and groceries.  I drove my car to trax this morning.  I think I am going to do it again tomorrow and have dad stay home.  Rachel, I am so glad that Ruth is doing good.  That is so wonderful.  Robin you would have won the cookie contest if there were 100 people participating.  They were really cute.  Not much else going on with us.  I just vegged this evening.  I always miss everyone on Monday.  It is really quiet at my house. Karen, I hope your cables come tomorrow. LOVE MOM

Today was good. We had our cookie contest today.. I won :) not alot of people participated so I have alot extra. Walter said he would help dispose of the remains lol. I won a cute hot chocolate cup and mix. But I forgot to take a picture of it. Then after work I mailed off my passport I was so nervous I did something wrong so I am crossing my fingers it is all ok. Then I came home and make bbq chicken. I was so tastey. I showed the girls at work the video of Isaac opening his train. They all thought he was adorable. Hope you all are safe in all this snow. It's so crazy

Priceless

Isaac was so dang cute.  When he opened that train.  That was just priceless.  He was so excited.  I am so glad he loved his birthday.  Everything was so nice.  Thanks for letting us come up and be part of the fun.  We made it home safe and sound.  I was so glad we made it before the storm came in.  Dad is staying home tomorrow to get his new computer.  I hope they bring it by really early for him so he can play with it.  Everyone have a safe Monday in the weather.  LOVE MOM

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you

Thank you guys so much for driving all the way up here and giving Isaac a wonderful birthday party.  We are so spoiled, thank you.  I really appreciate all that you do.  We got the engine of the train put together and he could play with it.  We are building the rest tomorrow.  We had snow cones for a bed time snack and they were really good.  I hope that everyone has a good Monday, I think that this week will go really fast.  Here are some pictures from the weekend.  Thank you so much again.
