Happy New Year (Almost)

Well I was going to iron tonight but I noticed that is what I did last year so I decided I would be different and just watch TV instead.  I know I live on the wild side.  I am sorry you didn't get to go skiing Robin.  It is so expensive.  We took Grandma Bodily out to lunch and I bought eclairs for New Year Eve's treats.  Dad loved them.  Rachel I have been thinking about the pictures and I think you should have Isaac's pictures done before the baby comes.  It will be less stressful to do one at a time.  I think you can always do some more pictures of Isaac with Oliver.  I can come up one Saturday and we can get them done.  I have really like Penny's.  Robin might be able to do her magic with groupons and find a good one for you.  LOVE MOM

Goodbye 13

Having some time off has been so nice. I have slept almost all of it. My place is a mess but I figured I can clean later. We ended up not skiing I forgot how expensive it was and we thought we would go later after we recovered from Christmas a bit. We went to the movie frozen with Walters family it was a cute show. It wasn't Walters favorite though. Then we went to Iggys I didn't know they had one in slc but it's by the smart cookie place. Hope you guys are having fun. Have a great 2014!! Day off

Rachel, I am glad that you went to the doctor.  I don't think he looks heavy at all.  In fact I have been worried he is getting to skinny.  I will call Shaun on Thursday and see what he thinks about the toe walking.  They said to have him stand on a pillow to help him feel his feet when he is standing playing.  I will look up some more activities for him.  You just need to tell him not to stand on his toes.  His is just a habit they get into.  I had a good day.  I got me a pair of shoes and a haircut.  It felt nice to get that done.  Karen that is neat you won the cookie contest.  I think that is neat.  Rachel I love the bag. Monday

Well I made it thru my first day back after a week off. Work was good. I got thru the pile that was left on my desk. I did win a prize in the cookie contest. I won a cookie kit and a gift card to Burger King. Rachel I was going to give the gift card to you again if that is okay. Well I just have to make it thru tomorrow and then I get a day off. He did good

Isaac did really well at the doctors today.  I was very proud of him, he was really cooperative.  He looks good.  He is in the 92% for weight and 60% for height.  He walks on his toes and she was concerned about that so Mom is going to look into some exercises for him.  I finished Mom's bag today, I like how it turned out.  I started cutting out a scrap quilt to use my new ruler that Karen got me.  I got half done but I needed to take a break.  Isaac didn't take a nap today so he went to bed early.  It seems to work out pretty good.  Tomorrow Casey doesn't work.  He is going to cut wood with Allen tomorrow and then we are going up to Clifton on Wednesday.  Well I am glad that his doctors appointment is over.  I was stressed about it.  Oh, do you think I should wait to take his three year old pictures until Oliver gets here or should I do it now.  I am not sure what would be best.  Thanks.

Quiet day

Rachel thanks for the pictures.  I love them.  They are really nice.  We had a quiet day also.  We went to sacrament meeting so we could see when our new time is next year.  We go at 11:00 next year.  I am really excited about that one.  I am not good at the 9:00.  We came home and had a nap.  Then we had lunch and had another nap.  We were on fire.  I hope everyone got some rest.  Good luck at the doctor's tomorrow Rachel.  I hope Isaac does good.  We are going to go get dad's jeep registered and inspected.  We leave on the wild side.  I can't believe how fast my vacation time is going.  Have fun at work tomorrow Karen.  LOVE MOM

A day off

I attached the pictures below.  I didn't do a great job.  I only got Isaac in most of them.  I will be better at getting everyone in the pictures next time.  We had a good day.  Isaac was tired this morning so we decided to skip church and just stay home and rest.  Isaac was a lot happier after his nap and it was nice to spend the day together.  They called me to be the 13 year old teacher in primary.  I do it with another teacher so we take turns.  I think that it should be fun.  Other than that I don't have much else going on.  Thanks for the lasagna Mom, it tasted really good.  Thanks you guys for everything.  Isaac has his three year old check up tomorrow.  I am not expecting it to go well so wish me luck.

It's over

Elf is done!!!! So excited. I now have Monday-Thursday off of all jobs :) yeah! I went to best buy on Friday and got a new iPad so now I have one that works. I am blogging from it now to try it out. I bought a quilling book and it will be here Monday. I gave the flowers out as cards for closer gifts for elf and everyone loved them. Tomorrow I might go see American hustle with Walter. Everyone says it's good and we got movie gift cards for Christmas. I also got 50 dollars to gordmans and 20 to target. Shopping is in my future. I need to take down Christmas and de clutter my house first though. I'm glad you guys had a fun train ride. I am trying to get pictures online so you can access them. I have a lot of pictures from this year. We'll not to much else with me have a good Sunday Robin

Nice day

I had a really nice day also.  Thanks Rachel, Casey, Isaac and Karen for coming down and going on Front Runner to Ogden.  It was a lot of fun.  It was a full day for sure.  I am glad you all made it home safe and sound.  Robin, I am glad that you made it to the end of Elf.  Congratulations.  You work really hard.  It was a really cute play.  Not much else going on with me.  I hope everyone gets a day of rest.  LOVE MOM

Thank you Mom, Dad and Karen for the fun train ride today.  I think that we are all worn out.  It was a fun day.  Isaac was very upset that we left Grandma and Grandpa's house and that we didn't bring his trains.  It took a while for him to calm down.  He missed everyone.  He slept the whole way home.  I have a ton of picture from our holiday extravaganza and I will work on posting them tomorrow.  Everyone have a nice relaxing day tomorrow and thank you again.

Sleep

Well, I slept in and took a nap.  We did go get our new debit cards so that was good.  I need to work on getting all my bills paid with the new debit card now.  I will do that in the morning.  I also went grocery shopping so that was good.  We are going to have to show Isaac what we pack up from now on.  He is just so smart. No Jetted Tubs

You know you are back in reality when you don't have a jetted tub to take a bath in.  Isaac had a hard time when we got home.  He just wanted to go to Aunt Karen's house.  When we started to bring in his toys and put them away he calmed down, I think he thought we left everything there.  He remembered everything he got and we played with it all today.  He has a mind like a steel trap.  We had a good time at Randy's.  Max got a k'nex roller coaster for Christmas and Isaac loved watching the car.  Today was good.  Isaac didn't go to bed until late so he was tired.  It was fun to have new toys to play with.  We are coming down tomorrow afternoon/evening.  I will text you Mom when we leave.  We are excited to ride the trains.

freaky friday

today was a weird not bad just off. I don't know if its just vacation days coming or the storm but but it was something. At sugarhouse our department went to a movie but since I worked at night we all took a half day and went and saw anchor man 2. It wasn't amazing but it wasn't work. Then At pioneer this girl can't work the extended part of the show so I guess I am taking over her track. but there is no time to follow her and see how her track goes because I am taking off my birthay and christmas eve. so I had to read all of her notes and ask her questions because tomorrow is the last day I will see her before I have to do her show. The girl that has been taking my days will just do my track for the extended time. ITs just a mess. we will leave the details for that. And then I forgot to write...Walter wasn't feeling well yesterday and today he went to the doctors and has strep throat and I hadn't seen him since monday so after the movie I went to target and got a t.v series "game of thrones" and some treats and brought them by his house. everyone was there and so I talked for a bit but had to run off to pioneer. SO it was an action packed day. WE are planning on coming up on sunday. I think I am going to meet walter for lunch and then we will head up after around 2-3 ish. Let the vacation start

I am so excited we made it.  I only have to work a couple of hours on Monday and then I don't go back until the 2nd.  I am so excited.  We will leave tomorrow.  We will be up there by lunch, weather permitting.  We had to get new debit cards because we were one of the 40 million that shopped at Target and we decided to be safe. Not much else going on with me.  Robin, I am assuming we will see you on Sunday.  Is Walter coming with you?  I got him some PJ's for Christmas Eve.  I am so excited to play for awhile.  Be safe and I will see you all soon.  Robin they had white elephant gifts today and there was this purse.  I got it for you.  I think it will be a good costume prop.   LOVE MOM

It did snow here I had about a foot of snow on my car while I was working. THe roads on state street were plowed pretty good by the time I had to go to pioneer so that was nice. I made it safely everywhere. Its suppost to be bad again on saturday. yesterday I got tickets for walters mom and sister to see elf. I was going to get comp tickets to see it but they really wanted to go. they said they liked the show to. I am so excited that its friday tomorrow and that next week is christmas. well I hope everyone travels safe! stay warm I tried to add a picture of the snow on my car but the blog won't let me I will try again tomorrow robin

Winter came

It was one snow storm here.  I don't think we got as much as you Rachel but the roads were a mess. Dad worked from home and I took Trax in.  The big meeting with Seer was not good.  Nothing from China, they haven't even tested it yet.  What a mess.  Drive safe tomorrow Karen.  I think we are coming up on Saturday.  It is suppose to snow but not that much.  One and 1/2 more days and I am on vacation.  I hope I get some stuff done tomorrow because I am still way behind on stuff.  Oh well it will be there when I get back.  Have a great Friday.  Robin be safe in this weather  LOVE MOM

Snow

We got a lot of snow last night.  This morning we went out to shovel and bit so we could take the garbage out and the Anderson's next door used their snow blower and did the sidewalk and driveway.  It was really really nice of them.  Isaac really liked digging in the snow also, it was a nice morning.  We went to the mall and got our picture with Santa.  It isn't the greatest picture but Isaac looks pretty good.  Karen, drive safe tomorrow.  We are looking forward to seeing you.  Everyone have a good night.  I am getting excited for Christmas.

Almost there

I only have half a day left to work. I still need to pack to go to Logan tomorrow, but that shouldn't be too hard to do. The party was fun last night. They didn't have any cash drawings so there weren't any major winners. We didn't get a whole lot of snow today. We didn't even get any snow until about three. I am keeping my figures crossed that we still won't get much. Andy said in Morgan this morning he had 6 inches. Well I hope that everyone had a great day. Bye

sorry I didn't blog last night I "watched" netflix mostly with my eyes closed but I did catch the first five minutes of something. then I rolled into bed. It was nice to sleep. I feel a little caught up today but still tired. tis is life. Only two more days of working at sugar house before I start vacation time :) so excited. work has been SO SLOW. its killing me. I have half of my gifts wrapped. I put things in boxes..... volla lazy man wrapping. Everything else that needs to be wrapped in paper I will do last minute. just to make me feel the christmas rush :) anyway not to much else with me I ordered pizza today because it was cold out and didn't want to make anything and did a batch of laundry mostly my blacks for pioneer. tomorrow I start again at elf my mini break is done. I got paid from my makeup gig last night so that means a 3 paycheck week. that will be nice. have a great one robin

Things to do

Karen,  I keep forgetting to tell you that on Saturday morning you are going to come with me to Terri's family party.  It will be fun and we wont stay long.  Also on Saturday night their is a ward Christmas party if anyone wants to go to it.  I think that is all I was forgetting.  I finished up Christmas shopping tonight and I am glad to be done.  We are getting a lot of neighbor gifts and I didn't do anything.  I feel kind of bad, maybe next year we will do something.  I have been really wanting cinnamon rolls and someone brought some tonight.  It tasted good and now I am over it.  We watched Merry Madagascar this morning and Isaac laughed through the whole thing and throughout the day he would just start laughing and say that is a silly show.  It was funny.  Also tonight he said he wanted to go in the dark room and talk about trucks.  So we went in his room and he turned off the lights and we named trucks we liked.  It made me laugh.  Well that is about it I hope that everyone has a good night and thanks for everything.

Going Good

I had a good day also.  I left work early to take dad to the stomach doctor.  He thinks it is acid reflux so they are going to try a new medicine.  I think it is worth a try.  We went grocery shopping afterwards and that was nice.  Rachel the number is buy the button you open the door as you come into the garage.  I am glad that Isaac got some sleep.  It does make a big difference.  I know it does with me.  I am getting so excited for the holidays.  I am glad you got a break Robin.  Karen I am glad you are making more of those cookies 18 wouldn't be enough.  Robin says that one person can eat that many when she makes them for work.  Tomorrow we are going to lunch for work because one of the ladies is quitting and it is her farewell.  That will be fun.  I got the name of Jeff's dentist and I am going to give him a try.  I have a cavity in my front tooth and it needs to be fixed.  Have a great day.  It is hump day.  LOVE MOM

Good luck on your cookies Karen, I hope that they are delicious.  Robin, I am glad that you get a mini break, that will be nice for you.  Mom I didn't see a number anywhere on the garage door opener.  I will ask Casey tomorrow if he has seen it anywhere.  Today Isaac slept until 7 and he was really happy all day.  It was a nice day.  The potty training didn't go as well today but he made it most of the morning.  He got frustrated around lunch so we just switched back to a diaper.  We will just keep trying it out in the morning.  Isaac didn't want to go to story time so we just stayed home and read books.  Jenn came over and sewed and I finished up the Santa quilt.  It was bigger then I thought so I had to make the borders smaller.  I think that it looks pretty good.  I don't put the eyes on mustache on until after I quilt it.  I will put pictures on then.  Isaac and Casey set up the tent and watched a movie and had a good afternoon.  Well everyone stay safe and have a good night.

another day over

Well Tuesday is almost over. When I woke up I kept thinking that it was Wednesday, so I felt like it should be later in the week. Work was good. Nothing too wild and crazy. I was thinking about the cookie contest and decided that one batch of the Oreo truffles wasn't going to be enough (it only made 18). So I went to food town here in Kamas and got stuff to make another batch. The company Christmas party is tomorrow night. Wish me luck on winning stuff. Have a great one

Last monday

today was good. The girl that is "splitting" a track with me is taking today, tuesday and wednesday. So that will be nice to get a mini break. Today was the last monday I had to work at sugar house in 2013 I am taking vacation for the next two weeks. I am so excited. its going to be a long week I feel like though waiting for the vacation days to start. I finished walter's quilt. I took it to work because I snipped through some threads when I was doing the edges and holes appeared so I thought I would just machine over it again. It doesn't look amazing but its done. I meet up with walter later in the night and delivered presents to some of his friends I will post a picture of the quilt tomorrow when i have more time. Does such a time even exist

I am sorry Rachel 5:30 is so early.  That does make for a long day.  I hope he sleeps well tonight.  Karen I really like your cookies.  They looked really cute.  Way to go.  Robin I hope your play is going well.  Only one and 1/2 more weeks to go.  I woke up really dizzy this morning but I am feeling better.  Dad got paid so that made my Christmas a whole lot more cheery.  Dad is going to the stomach doctor tomorrow and get checked out.  Not much else to report.  I am going to leave work a little early tomorrow.  On Wednesday we are having a farewell party for someone who is quitting.  I am becoming a party master.  LOVE MOM

Rachel that would kill me also. That makes me tired just thinking about it. My day was good. It is nice that Monday is over. I did get the Oreo truffles made and I think that they turned out cute. I know the cookie thing isn't until Friday but I was nervous they wouldn't turn out. But it will give the chocolate I dipped it in to get more solid in the fridge. Sleep

Isaac is killing me with his sleep schedule.  He woke up at 5:30 this morning and wouldn't go back to sleep.  He wouldn't take a nap so we went grocery shopping and when we got home we had some snacks and painted.  Then he wanted to lay down and I was trying to talk to him so he wouldn't fall asleep but he did.  So he was asleep at 5:30.  I was trying to keep him up so he would sleep all night.  Other than that we had a good day.  We went visiting teaching this morning and that was nice.  It is good to talk with everyone.  Isaac did pretty good also.  He liked everyone's trees.  I mailed Robins bag, she said it will be one to two days so it should get there this week.  I think that I am going to call it an early night also.  I hope that everyone has a good night.  I am excited for next week.

Secret elf society

Today was good I slept in it was lovely. Then I picked up Walter and we went to Buffalo wings for lunch. We went to Costco and bought the 12 days of Christmas package and delivered it to Walters sisters house. We wrote a note that it was from the north pole elf society. The kids loved it. Walter gave it away that it was us so his sister knew. He's the worst elf. But the kids still think it was elfs. But walters cute so I'll keep him . Lol but on our way out we got stuck on the hill since they didn't plow well in front of their house. We were burning rubber. We almost didn't make it out. It was a Christmas miracle we finally got up the hill. Mom I am planning on making houses. I will have time I am taking my birthday off and only working half day the 24th. They don't take to long to make. I'm excited for next week it will be fun! Love you

WOW

I forgot to tell you that I love the jokes.  They were funny.  That is neat that Isaac is potty training.  Our baby is growing up.  I love the bag.  We had a quiet day.  I cooked  a roast and got up late and took a nap.  We did walk the mall today and man was it crowded.  I think we will try and avoid that from now until after Christmas.  I am getting really excited for Christmas.  It is going to be fun.  Robin are you going to have time to make gingerbread houses.  The only reason I ask is whether I need to buy decorations for them.  Have a great week.  One more and we start the Christmas/Birthday celebrations.  LOVE MOM

Underwear

Yesterday Casey had Isaac sit on the potty and then he put in him underwear.  We had him in it most of the day and he did really well.  He peed twice in the potty and had one accident.  It was after he had peed in the potty and I don't think he emptied his bladder.  I did the same thing this morning before church and he did really well again.  He is a pro.  I am just going to start having him be in underwear when we are home and give it a go.  He is amazing.  Today at church they had him go into primary and he was upset going there but when we left he said that was so fun.  I think that he will get the hang of it.  He teacher is nice and we will work on it.  Casey didn't work this weekend and it was nice to have him home.  His friend never came up so it was just us.  I made the roast yesterday and it turned out really good, thanks Mom.  I finished the bag for Robin's friend today and I am going to mail it tomorrow.  I can't believe Christmas is almost here, it is coming really fast.

Another nice day

Karen came down today and we got all the food for our Christmas celebration. It was so much fun to go shopping.  We had a good time.  Then we came home and dad took a nap and when he woke up he called Grandma Bodily and she wanted to go to dinner with us so we took her to Layton for dinner and then drove up to Willard bay to see the lights.  They are really neat and she had a really good time.  I think we should try and go so see them one time.  I don't know if there is enough time left this year but they have wagon rides and you drive your car all around and there are a ton of lights.  It was only 10 dollars per car.  She had a present for each of you and I will bring it.  It was foggy in spots.  LOVE MOM

Well I got a lot done today. I met mom and dad for lunch and then we went shopping. We went to Sam's and WalMart and got food for Christmas. I think it took me an hour to unload it all. But I did it. Then I cleaned up my living room and kitchen. It needed to be done. It looks very nice. I still need to do laundry, but progress was definitely made. Well I hope that everyone had a great Saturday. Me and Dad went to Logan today for physicals and had a really good day.  We both checked out good and then we played with Rachel and Isaac and got some Christmas shopping done.  Robin do you have the website where I can get Walter that gift card you said he would like?  I am going to meet up with Karen tomorrow and work on getting everything ready for Christmas.  It is getting close.  Have a great weekend.  Thanks Rachel for the fun day.

Today was good.  I picked up Randy's Christmas present this morning so I only have to get two more things.  I am excited to be almost done.  During Isaac's nap I wrapped all the rest of the presents so I am ready to go.  Isaac has had this weird schedule lately where he wakes up at 5 or 6 then takes a nap at 11.  So after he woke up an Casey left we went to the mall and played for a while.  It was really busy and Isaac had fun.  Then this evening we just read books and watched a show.  It was a good day.  Drive safe tomorrow Mom and Dad and everyone have a good night.  I like your statue Robin, you did a good job.  That is a good idea for a big party.

today was good. I left work early for a makeup gig in park city. I just had to make a guys face silver for a statue guy for a corporate party. it was fun. I was done by 6 so that was super nice. I hate to rub it in but tomorrow is my Friday at work.  That will be nice.  I have been working extra hours and I am worn out.  Tomorrow is free lunch so that will be nice.  We have a slide show with the lunch and I have been making that.  I hope it goes OK.  I took Kay out for lunch and we went to the book store and got some books for Luke for Christmas.  It was nice to get out and about.  Robin I am jealous you are done Christmas shopping.  I need to finish that up don't I. Well have a great day tomorrow.  LOVE MOM

Well I am glad that the week is half over. Work was good. It went pretty fast in the morning, but dragged a bit in the afternoon. For some reason I had trouble sleeping last night so I am kind of tired. I guess I should go to bed early. I will have to see how good I do on that one. Rachel I am taking a half day off on Friday the 20th and I was thinking that if you are okay with it. I would come up to Logan and hang out. Let me know what you think about that. I think that sounds fun for ogden but they are extending Elf after christmas till the 28th. Friday they are only doing a matinee for now so maybe I could meet up with you later. Sorry its a crazy month. Today was good. A girl is taking my matinees for wednesday so she had to run my show to make sure she was confortable to run it alone. SO tommorow she is doing the whole day. It will be nice to have a break. But someone called me to do makeup in park city and it was paid so I am going up hopefully it will only be an hour gig. I hoping to be done by 6. we will see. I finished Christmas shopping :) yeah!! it just all has to be shipped to me now. I'm a groupon queen. well have a great night robin

Idea

Rachel, I liked Isaac's hair.  I am glad you got your car fixed.  Robin that is weird that your water.  I am glad they fixed it.  Karen that is nice to get a hair cut.  Nothing feels better than a haircut.  I had a busy day and I did laundry tonight.  It really need to get done.  I even ironed.  Dad had an idea for one day after Christmas.  Taking front runner to the Ogden Train Museum.  Isaac just loves riding the train and that would be a long train ride.  He looked up the passes and for 6 people it is only 15 dollars.  It is a special deal until December 31.  I was thinking of going on Friday, December 27th.  How does that idea sound to everyone.  Get up early and have lunch in Ogden and be back before the 5 rush hour.  Let me know what you think of that plan.  Not much else is going on with me.  Friday we are going to Logan for doctor appointments.  LOVE MOM

Dead Battery

That is a bummer about your bathroom Robin.  I am glad that they fixed it and you didn't have any damage in your apartment.  I am glad that you made it to the big city Karen, that is always fun.  Casey cut his hair yesterday and Isaac wanted his cut too so I cut a bit off.  I was looking at  it today and it looked horrible so I cut it some more and now it is too short.  I attached a picture below.  I also attached pictures from this weekend.  I need to take more pictures in general.  Today had ups and downs.  Isaac woke up really early but we had a good morning.  I scheduled all my visiting teaching and made Isaac an appointment for his 3 year check up.  Then we were on our way to story time and the car wouldn't start.  The battery had died.  So Isaac was upset we couldn't go so I laid him down and we both fell asleep which was really nice.  He ended up taking a 3 hour nap.  So Casey was able to fix the car and I sewed with Jenn.  I worked on my Santa quilt and I love it so far.  It has been fun to do.  I had scouts today and it wasn't a supper interesting topic but it marked off a section and I tried to have activities to go with it but the boys were really wild.  It was a long hour.  I can't believe it is the 10th already.  This month is going fast.  That is pretty exciting.

Well my day was good. I went to Heber after work and got my hair trimmed. I had a lot of split ends. It is still cold here. I had a meeting this morning, it dragged a bit but I made it thru. I hope that everyone had a great day. Bye

Ninny mugguns

Today was good. Very cold. I think fat cats sounds fun. Walters taking me out for lunch then we can meet up for dinner. Today at work I got a call saying my bathroom was leaking to the down stairs apt. I felt so bad. Then I forgot that my iPad wasn't wrapped so I was nervous about my apt. Having matience people INA and out.
But all is well. I came home after lunch to check it out and nothing was moved and nothing flooded in my place. It must have been the tub because my tub look like it had been de clogged. I hopped they fixed it though I don't want to keep flooding people I don't know :/ anyway work was good stay warm have a good one

That is fun that you are getting an IPAD Robin, that is really neat.  You are spoiled.  Mom that sounds like a nice evening.  I am glad that you went to see Kay.  I feel bad for her.  Karen I am sorry that your lunch hour was wasted.  I am glad that you took car of everything.  Well Isaac was kind of grumpy today.  He really wanted to go to Grandma and Grandpa's and ride the train.  We just hung around the house today.  There was a play group in the ward but Casey had woken up and I decided just to spend the time with him.  Not to much else to report.  Last night I must of been cold because I stole all the covers from poor Casey, he had to get extra blankets for him.  It is supposed to warm up so that will be good.  Everyone have a good night.

So Cold

It is so cold.  I am ready for summer already.  I had a good day.  I couldn't sleep last night so today was kind of long.  I am hoping for sleep tonight.  I went to visit Kay tonight and Jen and Riley were there.  We had pizza and visited.  It was fun.  Not much else going on with me.  My computer is going so slow tonight.  I think it is cold also.  Have a great Tuesday.  It is suppose to warm up to 40 by the weekend.  I am jealous Robin that you are getting and IPAD.  You are spoiled.  It will be hard to wait for that one.  I think having dinner at Fat Cats for your birthday will be good.  We are flexible if we need to change it around.  LOVE MOM

Monday

Well my day was pretty good. I am glad that Monday is over though. They always seem like long days. It is still cold here in Kamas. I hope hoping for a heat way, but I don't think I will get one. I had to call the bank at lunch because I got a letter from my home owner insurance saying that the bank hadn't paid the premium. So the letter was dated the 30th of November and after talking to the bank it turns out that they paid it on the 2nd. So I wasted 20 minutes of my lunch on the phone to figure out that there really wasn't a problem. It was most annoying. Well I hope that everyone had a great Monday. Bye

Fun weekend

I had a really nice weekend.  We took Rachel and crew to see the Festival of Trees.  We took Trax and Isaac had so much fun.  I think we need to take the train more often.  Today we drove up to Park City and met Karen for lunch, it was really cold but it was fun.  Robin we were wondering about your birthday also.  Can we still go to Fat Cat's for dinner or lunch?  I know Walter's parents can't come but we still would like to do something.  I wasn't sure what the plan was.  WOW I am jealous you get a IPAD.  You are so spoiled.  Not much else going on with us.  Thanks Rachel and Casey and Isaac for coming down.  LOVE MOM

surprise

Today was good. I met up with walter and we went out to madelines for lunch its a steak house. I got gift cards as a christmas bonus for there so I thought I would use them today. THen we went shopping. Walter said he had to go to best buy and SURPRISE he bought me an ipad mini for christmas/ birthday. I was shocked. I am still stunned. But I am excited he wont let me play with it till christmas. so I have to wrap it an wait. so crazy. Then we went to scheels. They had a cute cars sleeping bag for cheap so I got that for isaac to go with his tent. It was fun to shop I'm spoiled. well not to much else. just a few more hours of non working and then back to a long week on of work. sorry I wasn't able to meet up with everyone today. but I will see you for sure on the 22 for isaacs birthday. robin

Karen, you did a really good job of decorating.  It is beautiful.  I can hardly  wait to celebrate Christmas.  I got a call from Paul this afternoon and Kay is back in the hospital.  Her calcium levels are all messed up and she was having a really hard time.  She might go home tomorrow.  I drove trax after work and went and visited for awhile and then afterwards dad came and got me and we went shopping.  It was fun to walk around, I agree with Isaac.  It is suppose to be really stormy tomorrow.  Please drive careful and if it is too bad please wait and we can do something next weekend.  I am glad you used your Kohl's cash.  Dad has to pick up Grandma Bodily at the airport at 2:00.  Just call me in the morning Rachel and we can make plans.  It is suppose to warm up after this storm so that will be nice.  Not much else going on with me.  I am glad it is the weekend.  I am going to dethaw my car tomorrow morning.  I haven't cleaned the snow from last storm yet.  I really need to do that and warm it up.  Robin I hope you are surviving.  LOVE MOM

Karen, I have been meaning to ask about your tree.  Thank you for the pictures.  You did a really good job in that room.  It looks very Christmasy.   Good job.  We had a pretty good day today.  I had a free meal at Cafe Rio so me and Isaac went there for lunch.  It was nice to get out of the house and we had a good time.  I wanted to take Casey to Khols with our khols cash and get him some pants for Christmas but we weren't able to make it so after Isaac's nap we went.  There were having big sales again and it was really busy.  Casey's pants were only 10% off but a lot of the other clothes were 65% off.  It was fun to walk around.  Isaac just kept wanting to walk around so we did that for a while.  Tonight we just hung out in front of the Christmas tree and listened to Christmas music and Isaac danced.  It was a nice relaxing night.  Well we are headed down tomorrow when Casey gets up.  I will text you Mom when we leave.  Casey is going to ski with his friend on Sunday so we can all do something on Saturday.  I will see you then.

Well I got my Christmas decorations up in the second living room. I have attached pictures below. Work seemed slow today, but. I made it thru. Then after work I went to WalMart. Exciting I know. I am glad that tomorrow is Saturday. I hope that everyone had a good Friday. Bye.

Jealous

Karen I am jealous that you won that much money.  You will have to impulse buy something this weekend.  You guys are all really busy.  That is a long day Mom.   I made Isaac that car caddy and he loves it.  It has a been a big hit today.  We didn't do much today.  Just hung out at home and looked at the Christmas tree.  Isaac didn't take a nap so he had a early night.  I am going to sew and go to bed early.  Everyone have a good night.  I am glad that Aunt Kay is alright.
